Came in at dinner time on a Sunday night. Lady working made it very clear that she did not want to be there. Sandwiches were slopped together and we're supposed to be toasted but was pulled out way too early. Maybe she was just having an off day, but it didn't make my family very comfortable.

Huge shout out to these guys, we traveled to Salina from a swim meet today, brought in 51 people to there store and they were able to get us in and out in and a respectable amount of time! The staff is very friendly and had no issues with our team. We have stopped there the last several years and plan on doing again in the spring!

Scam alert!! The gal working the drive through window on 9th street tonight purposely held the credit card reader so I couldn’t read it. The sun was in a bad position as well, but she intentionally held the reader at an angle I couldn’t possibly see the options on the screen for tip options. She started pushing buttons for me, and when I asked her about this, she told me she pushed the no tip option since I couldn’t see the screen. I gave her a cash tip. I came home and checked my online banking account. She had given herself a tip without my permission!!!!

The guy didn't warm the sandwich as requested for half the time. He talked in a whisper then asked for bell peppers and he used 2 slim slices and broke those in half. Asked if had regular ranch he stated yes and then he put peppercorn ranch on it when I told him that's not regular ranch he wanted to argue. Subway needs regular ranch or employees that know the difference and how to actually make a sandwich.

Easy to get to from the interstate. Restaurant is modern, well kept and very clean. Staff is friendly and polite. Today the restaurant was well staffed so the line moved quickly.

Bread was very soft. You gotta try the new garlic aoli sauce! Yum!! My family enjoyed our meal while passing through town.

I used to eat here all the time. Until I told them that their touch screen would not allow me to place my order correctly. Then I experienced an irritated response. The wrong food was given to me, and I was incorrectly charged. Sadly I attempted to call back and ask for a manager. Never heard back from one even after numerous attempts. Then I asked for the corporate number. You get to leave a lovely email, and still never hear from anyone nor get your money back. So I will never eat here again.their attitudes such when you mention that there might be an issue. Clearly nobody cares enough to ever even get back to you.

I got the #30 The Beast which is supposed to be loaded with meat.I received NO MEAT OR CHEESE. I requested it toasted it wasn't.just bread loaded in sauce but the veggies I asked for were there.Doordarsh refunded.won't be going to subway again.They always have to remake my sandwich when I go in person also, they over load it in sauce at the end or use the wrong bread/meat/cheese every. Single. Time. They even failed to use clean gloves once and anothee tme sneezed directly into my sandwich and I had to ask them to remake it several times before they would.Big mistake trying to give them another chance, again.So take it from me and everyone else. Don't risk ordering from subway. waste of money and time , I could have gotten my food faster and better from anywhere else. litterally any where else. my mistake.

I love coming to this subway during daytime hours. The staff is truly very kind and welcoming. The last few times that I've come during the evening time, I def can not say the same about the staff. Every single time, they have been rude. I've been locked out while walking up to the door (the store was supposed to be open). Then i get a "we're out of bread" line another time. The employees in the evening act like us customers are an inconvenience to them.
