I got the #30 The Beast which is supposed to be loaded with meat.I received NO MEAT OR CHEESE. I requested it toasted it wasn't.just bread loaded in sauce but the veggies I asked for were there.Doordarsh refunded.won't be going to subway again.They always have to remake my sandwich when I go in person also, they over load it in sauce at the end or use the wrong bread/meat/cheese every. Single. Time. They even failed to use clean gloves once and anothee tme sneezed directly into my sandwich and I had to ask them to remake it several times before they would.Big mistake trying to give them another chance, again.So take it from me and everyone else. Don't risk ordering from subway. waste of money and time , I could have gotten my food faster and better from anywhere else. litterally any where else. my mistake.

I love coming to this subway during daytime hours. The staff is truly very kind and welcoming. The last few times that I've come during the evening time, I def can not say the same about the staff. Every single time, they have been rude. I've been locked out while walking up to the door (the store was supposed to be open). Then i get a "we're out of bread" line another time. The employees in the evening act like us customers are an inconvenience to them.

The manager who was working today was so friendly to my family. She PLAYED with my kids, made them laugh, made US laugh… then every person who walked in after us was greeted in a way that made them smile. It was so great having that “small town” feel, in a not-so-small-town city. We live in JC and only come for soccer but we will be back just for her. Food also was made very well!

So apparently the manager was drunk or very judgemental because I walked in with a backpack she assumed I was homeless and trying to steal her phone. Very unprofessional and very uncalled for. She called the cops as soon as I walked in and all I was doing was waiting for my mobile order and trying to see if it was going to be done before my bus got there. She should be ashamed of herself ?

Went in the evening. Service was okay, but the two workers making my sandwich were arguing with each other the entire time, and a lady behind the counter was not in uniform and was in revealing clothes. Got my order wrong and gave me white bread. The building itself is relatively clean though, they washed their hands and put on gloves. Probably won't come around in the evening anymore.
The boy that was helping us was very unfriendly. He was irritated that he had to help us, and made our order wrong. Had an open wound on his arm and was very sloppy. If he hates his job maybe he should find another.

Normally when I come to this subway I don't have a good experience unless the 2 guys who were working last night around 815pm are there. These two always make my sandwich just the way I order it in drive thru and were super friendly.

I showed up and started doing my order via the screen placed in the drive through. as i was halfway done they say over the intercom “we’re out of bread” how are you out of bread when you’re literally a sandwich place? the guy was so rude about it too. this took place the evening of May 6th, 2023.
