“I didn't like that they encouraged everyone to use the kiosk and when the elderly refused, the guy at the counter was hesitant to take their order at the register because his manager chewed him out for it. We allowed him to walk us through the kiosk because we could feel all the eyes in the back room watching him. If I were him, I'd go work somewhere else. The elderly are not going to use the kiosk so Taco Bell needs to lighten up! Have some respect for your customers and your help!“
“The messiest burrito supreme I ever had. The stains to my shirt didn't come out, even with Shout! Do you reimburse for damaged clothing? I will think twice before making a run for this particular border! Especially when traveling cross country!“
“These guys at the Taco Bell on E. Iron are top notch. The entire day shift crew seem to really care about the image they present. Always cheerful and friendly. Always making sure the customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase. They obviously have good leadership at the top in this store, and that positive customer service attitude is shared throughout.“
