Messed my order up(no biggie) i went back to correct them only to be told it was MY fault that I’d have to order and pay for new tacos, after refusing and saying I’ve worked customer service the employee said maybe it works like that in Mexico but not here. I asked to speak to the manager (Maria Wolf) SHE REFUSED to come to the window to deescalate the situation . Called the GM (Cynthia R Flores) only to be told “what do you want me to do kill them??” WORD FOR WORD!!!

I use to work at Crawford street salina kansas taco bell I have a learning disability and I was hit by a vehicle before I worked there I almost died they should of took all of that into consideration they didn't train me i had to figure everything out myself and they couldn't fire me they had some Mexican fire me I tried getting them for discrimination but it was there word against mine

I would leave a zero if I could. Why the heck would you have a person for the lobby if you can’t take orders from the front counter. Why direct everyone to the kiosk. I saw her taking an order of some type from the register. But wouldn’t take any from actual customers. This just kills the experience and why I won’t be going back. This as happened at many locations and isn’t okay. There were over 4 people in the back. If you are only going to use the kiosk. Close the dang lobby. It’s just rude to have a worker come up to you say use the kiosk with not explanation or anything.

Waited nearly 30mins to get helped to order, their workers stared at us and ignored us while we were waiting patient, lobby was dirty no clean tables had to wipe one off to use it, bathrooms also very dirty.... never experienced this at other ones.

Person working drive thru was ride as could be just threw ur order at you couldn't barley hear her thru the speaker , was wiping her nose with her hand then handing foodParking: The lobby is closed for some reason
Staff is always pleasant never have any issues, other places I go always mess something up in the drive through but I haven't had that problem here. Its no fine dinning but have always liked the food I get here. They keep it clean inside also.

The people who work here don't acknowledge your presence, help with the kiosk, or get your food out in a timely manner. I stood at the register for 15minutes, waiting to pay, 4 different employees walked right past the register while there was a huge line, and even though we had already ordered food, we walked out, because no one came to the register. I'll never return to this store.
CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE DRVING AWAY. I ordered a quesadilla and 3 tacos and instead I got the weird cinnamon ball things and nacho fries . Very disappointed . They weren’t even busy so I don’t know how they managed to screw that up .

Went during a rush, and my order was made extremely fast and completely accurate. I wish McPherson's taco bell was half this good.
I went to this Taco Bell today November 21, 2023 around 3:46 and I asked for a substitute for a Doritos Locos taco! And they gave me a regular taco with barely anything in it. It looks sad like y’all customer service for lying!.
