It’s a wonder this location hasn’t closed yet. The location downtown always makes everything super fresh, no errors with orders, etc when I receive them. Any time my order comes from Riffel Drive in Salina it’s garbage. Any special requests you put on your order get ignored. The food gets slopped together. No napkins in the bag. My bean burrito has small pieces of tomato and lettuce in it. So this tells me either the employees are wearing dirty gloves, or they’re not keeping their troughs clean where they make the food. Cross contamination is easy to avoid, if you’re not a slob. Do better Taco John’s 🤢

They were busy however their priority service was those who used their drive up and the people who stopped and came inside were secondary. We had to wait around 15 minutes or more before our food was ready however the person who was before us, they actually forgot his order. After we went up to get our order, he complained about it and all they said was, "we are human and all of us are very tired!" They did serve him next although he was very upset. No one police the lobby and the pop area needed much attention! A lady with two young children could have used someone to help bring their food to them but like all of us, a number was shouted from the staff. My wife went and returned their food for them and she was very much appreciated. Kindness was lacking from all of the staff.

Similar to Taco Bell, though I will say their stuff has a tad more spice to it which isn't always a good thing. They definitely have better mobile app deals, however. This location is a bit out of the way and might not be as noticeable to the average traveler.

Just spent 20+ minutes in the drive thru only to have the kid hand me my order and walk off. No thank you, no apology, no nothing. Customer Service at this place is obviously not a priority. My order was wrong as well. Dont recommend at all.

Don’t eat here!!!! My fiancé had a beetle looking bug in his sweet tea and he also drank it. I spoke to the manger and he did something about the situation!!!! DONT EAT

We went at a slow time, they forgot half of our items, and then proceeded to say the WE forgot it, the quesadilla was just thrown into the bag and cheese was not melted, Very disappointed and unhappy ??
