I'm pretty disappointed with this franchise location. Almost every time I go to this Wendy's they're completely out of barbecue sauce. You would think the franchisee would be paying attention to what he's running out of and order more for his customers. Along with the barbecue sauce always being unavailable, when I order the chili the staff very often forgets both the crackers and the spoon. I'm not sure how this always seems to happen, but it seems like the staff needs better training. This is unfortunate, because I live so close to this location, but I dread ordering from here and have gotten to the point I'd rather drive across town than come to this location.

Went in on 1/29/2025 at 241 pm. Ordered a single cheeseburger with everything ($5.99) but no ketchup and coffee. (N/C). Cheeseburger was awful definitely left over from lunchtime. Bun was cold, meat and cheese were barely warm and looked old. Lettuce was old and shriveled up. Told them I wanted mayo and mustard but was no mustard on it. I usually go to Braums but their register system was down. Wendy's advertises "fresh food" now that's a joke!

First of all wait over five minutes to get waited on I made it was a lunch so I can overlook that. Didn’t even get greeted cashier just stared at us and said nothing . I went to get soda from the machine and over half of it was out. Went to use the restroom and the restroom was really disgusting. I have no idea when the last time they cleaned it it did it obviously been a while. I almost didn’t go if I didn’t have to go so bad I wouldn’t have. And I am now shitting in the bathroom and I just realized there’s absolutely no toilet paper and I already use the bathroom. What the hell am I supposed to do now? my son had to go up to the counter and ask one of the ladies if she could bring me a roll of toilet paper. not only just embarrassing for me. I was embarrassing for my son and then the lady told me she was sorry but she they hadn’t had a chance to get to the bathroom all day. The time I got out my meal was cold.

Kids wanted to try that dang ol crabby patty. They both liked it but said it wasn't the best burger they ever had. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was good but this was also at peak lunch time so they should be fresh and hot at that time.
