Uhm… Staff wasn’t friendly but I was told my food would be done in about 20-30 minutes but it took way longer. It took an hour. My kids were starting to fuss because of sitting for so long I had to bring my kids out to the car. So I asked to get my order canceled cause we had places to go. They said they couldn’t cancel it so I had to wait the long hour. When I finally got my food it was cold but still pretty good. Not worth one hour though.

Usually, I love this place, but this one in particular really disappointed me. First of all there was a 50 minute wait for my food. I was told it would take 20 minutes. Second of all the food came out cold apparently it had been done, but they didn’t say anything and they kept my food in the back .And to top it all off they messed up my order so I personally would not recommend this location.

The have amazing wings and that keeps me coming back. I wouldn't recommend dining in. The tables are sticky and very wobbly. Chairs are wobbly too. Fries are consistently undercooked, even when I request extra cook time on them. If you're going to get food from this place, order on the app ahead of time and take the food home. You might need an air fryer to crisp up the fries. You'll be waiting a good while if you order in store.

Great place for good spicy chicken! They also have flavors for those that can't handle the heat.

Staff don't want to do their jobs, are commonly rude to customers, and overall just unpleasant. The food is solid, but Jesus it's almost not worth going because the staff is so insufferable.

Walked in with no one in there and was told it would be over a 35 minutes wait. This is not the first time. They use to have great service but last time I got to order, we waited over 30 minutes to get the food. At least this time they warned us. Maybe some new management is needed or prioritize your walk in customers instead of turning them away.

I used to love wingstop but this location is by far one of the worst ones I have eaten from. The quality of food given out was disappointing. There was little to no flavoring on my wings and even with the extra flavoring on the side, the food was super oily. It felt like I was eating just straight oil. The size of wings were so small as well. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries as well and there was still barely anything on them. Straight up disappointing.

Wingstop is a childhood favorite of mine so believe how excited I was when I saw we were getting one in salina. My first experience with them was already not great. I ordered the Cajun original wings, used to be my favorite and ordered carryout. The store itself was fine, but the food was revolting. Since they had just opened though I decided to give it a bit and try them again.

Queue last night: I was craving buffalo wings and ranch, a classic and one of my all-time favorites. This time though I ordered delivery which took about 45 minutes. Mind you this Wingstop is less than 3 miles away.

The food arrived and to my dismay the boneless chicken I ordered wasn't even completely coated in sauce, there were small to large spot of basic fried chicken. On top of this the chicken was not hot in the slightest, rather maybe a little warmer than lukewarm. Speaking of which, alongside the chicken I of course got their classic seasoned fries, I may as well have cut up a potato, boiled it, then let it sit for an hour. The fries were unseasoned, mushy, and unlike the chicken, most of the fries were straight up cold to the touch; with just a few actually being room temperature.

What does it say about your store when I can get better wings and fries from Applebee's, a place notorious for microwaving some of their dishes; than from this Wingstop, a place that specializes in these two foods specifically?

A real shame, next time I will just make my own and recommend nobody waste their money here. Seriously, disappointed.
