First time to try WingStop. They got my order wrong, and only got half of the order, then most of it was the wrong wings, I called and they said they would correct it and ready in 15 minutes. Went back and had the manager ask me multiple questions about what I ordered and what I got. He finally agreed to complete the order I paid for. Which was the right wings but still missed the fries but offered a brownie. What a mess. Never again and totally would not recommend based on the service. Only bright spot was that the food was good. It compounded the issue because we had family visiting so I spent more time driving to get the food and standing in the front lobby than seeing the family. Terrible experience!

Not even a 1 star for the food and service on the phone after talking to the GM Michael tonight! Get home after a 45 minutes drive to discover my wings were all flats except for 2 and was only told sorry that's what they had left after a big order of all drums came through before my order. A heads up so I could of got food elsewhere!!! No more Wingstop from the Ohio Street location!!!

Great staff. Wings are not the best. Compared to other wingstops, they fall a little short. The boneless wings are fairly small and the wing sauces do not pack the same punch as other wingstops. Anytime i craved wings, wingstop was the go to, but since moving here, was a little dissappointed and made the switch back to bdubs.

If you come in here, late at night, and you see an employee seated at one of the tables, chewing the fat with a very weird man, it's probably my buddy and me ? The General Manager at this location is one of the good ones. She does so much to keep the place in good shape! And not everyone actually has an appreciation for really spicy food, but she does, so she makes the food a little spicier than it would be at other locations, and people notice the difference and it keeps them coming back. This of course includes their vegetarian offerings. You might not think so much about what one might find at Wingstop, but it's there! And she does it right, because she makes it spicier!When the rest of Salina shuts down at ten o'clock at night, small town mentality that it has, this is something to keep folks busy! Swing over and tell her Alexander sent you!Vegetarian options: All the vegetarian food here is good! Just try it!

I called about a food poisoning experience I had there, not upset just concerned about if the night shift is doing their job correctly. I talked to a manager named Cam, she did not care at all and said “ I will make sure they cook the tenders correctly “ and hung up.I’m not looking for a hand out or free food, I get take out there once a month. But not anymore after that customer service.

Good chicken tenders. I'm kind of picky so I get them plain. I tried their honey bbq and it was good but just a little too hot for me. Fries are not bad either. New chicken sandwich doesn't seem much better than one you can buy at store in the frozen section. Best time to purchase is Monday and Tuesday as you get tenders for $0.70 a piece on the Wingstop app. Staff always seem good.

Tiniest wings ever put on a plate. 22 minute wait they said. But was 27. I know wings, especially little ones take 15 min. Place was crowed nobody was eating... hot and wing aroma overwhelming. Cooler outside in the sun. No more wingstop for this wing nut..
