Well this is the second YaYas we've ate ate and completely different. Overland Park was outstanding this one was average. Menu didn't state the steak would be topped with blue cheese I would of requested it not be topped as I hate blue cheese. Server was either over worked or lacked the ability to multi-task. My wife's steak was undercooked and with the delay in a follow up from the server she just ate it. We will be back in a few weeks and not interested in dinning here again. Multiple items were not available including ribeye and two desserts. We had to request the complimentary bread and appetizer plates.

Our server, Gaige, was excellent and made our experience even better. The salmon salad was delicious and bread provided was tasty. This was our second visit on our way to Colorado, but it won't be our last.

Found this wonderful spot on a trip and loved it. All staff was very welcoming and engaging - our waiter Daryl(sp?) was friendly, knowledgable and attentive. The owner came to greet us and was quite attentive during our absolutely divine dinner and drinks. Look forward to returning for another great experience.

Family in town for the evening, some with restrictive dietary needs. Food and drink was excellent as always. Kailey was our server and did a great job.

I've been to all the YaYas many times....including the now gone 119th/Nall location in KC. That said, we had one of...if not ‘the' best YaYas meals at the Salina location last night. Everything was excellent. From service (including them accommodating our last minute request to bump our reservation back an hour. The food was delicious, and they even gave us a complimentary dessert for our sisters birthday. (I had given them advance notice on our OpenTable reservation request. Salina is lucky to have the Homewood Suites and YaYas right there on Main Street.

This was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was delicious and the staff very courteous. No complaints! This restaurant was recommended to us, as we have never been here before.

Excellent food with a lot of good choices! Great wine selection and a beautiful atmosphere. Service was good as well!

Three couples celebrating a birthday. We made reservations, because the restaurant gets full even on weeknights. Two of our people have trouble hearing in noisy restaurant settins, so I asked Kaleigh, who I spoke with on the phone, for as quiet of a location as possible. When we arrived, we found a private dining room for six ready for us. That was so appreciated! Needless to say, the drinks, meals, dessert and service were spectacular.

Seated quickly, Darrell made great suggestions, our food arrived quickly, and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend YaYa's!

We were VERY happy with our visit there for my husbands bday. The food is really amazing. Baba ganoush is out of this world as was the butter cake we got for his bday dessert. The only thing we didn't give a 5 star to was our server. He just needs more experience there and he'll match the restaurants unmatched everything else!

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at YaYa's (and first time there) was so exceptional that I had to share — and it's all thanks to Amanda, my incredible server. From the moment I sat down, Amanda made me feel like a VIP. I was incredibly nervous since it was my first time at a "fancy" restaurant, but she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, even helping me by explaining some of the items I didn't quite understand. Her recommendations were spot-on — from the appetizers to dessert, everything was perfection. (Side note: if she tells you to try something, just do it. She knows what she's talking about.) What really set Amanda apart was her attention to detail. My drinks were never empty, my table was always clean, and somehow, she managed to anticipate my needs without ever being intrusive. She struck that rare balance of professional and personable — like catching up with a good friend who just happens to run the best table in the house. It's clear she genuinely cares about her guests and loves what she does. She made my dinner not just a meal, but a memorable experience. YaYa's itself is a gem — cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and an excellent vibe — but Amanda is the reason I'll be returning again and again. If you're planning a visit, do yourself a favor and ask for Amanda. She's the heart of this place.

Excellent food and service - what a find! I'm sorry we are not in Salina more often as I would definitely eat here again...and again.

Sat outdoors, very loud, Friday night. Mussels appetizer had amazing curry sauce, too bad not all were alive when cooked (no charge). Gnocchi chicken pasta appetizer was a whole meal. Fresh Salmon Piccata w/ rice and broccolini was outstanding, Butter cake dessert was also amazing. Nice cocktail and wine selection. White table cloth. Choose Sophia for waitress.

The food was excellent and the portions were a great size. The staff was super friendly, and we loved that it was in the walkable area of downtown.
