It was a delightful experience to have dinner in this restaurant. The waitress was super attentive and friendly, and the food and beer were extraordinary. We were just passing Salina on our way West, and were very impressed by the quality of the service. We would happily return!

Everyone was so friendly. The bread starter was amazing. The muscles were also very good, but the red peppers looked very enticing, but I quickly regretted it when they were so very hot. Burned my mouth off; even though I like spice that felt like a cruel joke. Lol The vibe was fancy but casual at the same time.

Visited this location on Mother's Day calling before the trip to verify hours and if reservations are needed. Employee told me no reservations needed and no wait time at the moment. Taking my mother with limited mobility we parked and entered the restaurant only to be greeted and told that reservation are required. We excited back to the vehicle and curious I called the number again to verify if we had the wrong location but it was the same location so I asked again and was told no wait time. I noticed from google the option to make a reservation so we immediately I completed the reservation and we walked back into the restaurant told the same host that we had a reservation now and was seated promptly. The food was good but the experience was unacceptable and uncomfortable.
Absolutely Delicious!!! For its location being in a smaller town, this food was absolutely the best I had in Salina. Everything we had was so flavorful and as described. Our waitress was amazing too, super friendly and had great recommendations for us. My boyfriend always orders the ribeye, but was convinced to give the lamb a try. And when I say he RAVED about it the whole night! It was so tender and flavorful and will now be his new go-to! I ordered the filet mignon and was also equally pleased with the taste and the fact that they cooked it to perfection (many times can be slightly undercooked due to its thickness). We also ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer and Loved it. And don't forget their baba ganoush!! I also enjoyed that this European bistro had a nicer vibe to it and was great for a date night out. Overall, was impressed and will definitely be back!
