Nice place. Pretty much a night club/bar with a food patio attached. The volume indoors even early, like 6 pm is super high. But the patio has a great peaceful vibe where you can actually hold a conversation over a table. Pretty average menu. Nothing fantastic but serviceable. Not a super value but not horrible either. Best part, they take Open Table. So you don't have to waste a lot of time waiting. Ok service.
Atmosphere felt like I was eating at a restaurant in Vegas. The waitress was really nice. The quesabirria tacos and tinga tacos were alright.
The tacos were flavorless and the ribeye had a mushy texture. How in the world do you mess up tacos?!?
All good with exception of large private party that spilled well beyond their dedicated section of the patio that was very loud and mandate conversation very difficult.
We had a great experience. We arrived at 2:45 and were seated quickly. Service, drinks and food were great. The ribeye tacos were amazing! Great options on happy hour menu and regular menu.
The food was excellent. I had a reservation for 830 and they still made us wait 20 minutes cause they had no tables but overall it was fine. Food was great. The service was great. Can't complain. Me and my wife will come again.
We really enjoyed our first visit. The food is delicious and very flavorful. We had the pulled chicken enchiladas suitable, short rib enchiladas, rib eye tacos, and rhe tacos burrios. The portions are perfect and the salsa is yummy. The lighting and ambiance is very nice for dining except the big blue neon sign, which was distracting. So don't sit facing it. The drinks were very good, but for the price, they could use larger tumblers. We will definitely return.
It was great service and got attended right away food was amazing actually and from first to last bite all dishes were delicious.
Wasn't aware of the set menu for Valentine's Day but nonetheless it was very good. Just wish we didn't sit right by the door as they had the door open so the sun was in our eyes the whole time.
When we walked in and asked to be seated in a different area, there was no ‘we don't have servers in that area' or a blanket ‘no'. The front desk gal immediately said ‘sure...no problem'. Food was great, service was excellent and server included a little special sparkler for my sister's birthday. Very accommodating. I will be back with my husband next time.

Background music is louder than one would expect, this coupled with the loud crowd next to my table made it a bit difficult to have a conversation with my bestie.
We went here for my SIL's birthday dinner. When we arrived there was nobody at the front for about 5 minutes, with us standing there awkwardly (and there isn't a whole lot of space at the front for that). After we finally got checked in, zero acknowledgement of how we were there for a birthday (in which I selected that when making the reservation), weren't told where to stand or go, and we had to continue to wait for another few minutes in which during that time we overheard staff bickering to one another about the front desk situation as well as other stuff. It seemed like nobody knew what the hell was going on, and there were tons of tables open and available. When we finally got seated, even more issues with their level of “service” popped up, with our waitress barely being present during the entire meal. We ordered 3 appetizers, some non-alcoholic beverages, and entrees. The appetizers came out at random times (one was a ceviche, one was guacamole, and the other was a salsa sampler set). The ceviche and guacamole came out at the same time with the salsa flight and even more chips when we were almost done with the appetizers. The ceviche needed more lime, could've benefitted from the habanero salsa provided with the salsa sampler set, and the chips themselves were cold. My meal was under a plate warmer, which dried out the rice and beans, and my MIL's tortilla soup was almost nothing but chicken. We had to ask the waitress for more water, she didn't stop by to ask if we needed anything or how the food was, and we sat there awkwardly for what felt like forever to even try and get the check. When she started to clear the table she left the birthday girls plate there for 10+ minutes with everything else cleared away, and it took another 10+ minutes after getting the check to be able to pay. I've been to the actual Ciudad de México quite a bit, and I never had this poor of a dining experience there, so what happened was an embarrassment to the city.
Very nice place to have a get together. I requested a booth online when I made the reservation and was given a really nice one. My friends and I enjoyed our evening, but one member of our party had hearing aides and found it difficult to hear over the noise of other diners and the background music. It was a little noisy, but most people would not be bothered by it. Food and drinks were great. Wonderful service as well.
Last evening, I was extremely disappointed with both OpenTable and the restaurant. I made a reservation through the OpenTable app and arrived at the restaurant as scheduled. Upon arrival, we were told to wait because the restaurant had been overbooked due to an OpenTable error. However, there was no waiting list, message, or app-based notification provided to keep us informed. After waiting for more than 30 minutes with no updates, we asked the manager at the reception desk when our table would be available. Instead of receiving a clear or courteous answer, her response was shockingly rude—she told us that if we didn't want to wait, we could go somewhere else. Having used OpenTable for over 10 years and having previously enjoyed several visits to this restaurant, this experience was especially disappointing.
The food was fantastic but the service was horrible. We placed out appetizer and drink or quickly but tried to flag down our waiter for over 10 minutes to place our entree order. We also had to get another server to get our waiter to refill our drinks. At the end of dinner he took our dessert order but he never brought it. Instead he brought a scoop of ice cream for my birthday dessert but not what we ordered. The bill came and he had not charged us for the churros but I was extremely disappointed as that was what I wanted for my birthday dinner. Not sure if we will return due to the poor service.
