When they tell you that your food is going to be out in 15 minutes and the cook is wearing an apron like the women from before, that means that the donkeys are going to be cool! Very filling and rich ❤ I rested them for 30 minutes in the cabin
My family and I love us some Normas Cafe. They chips and salsa are great! Chips not too hard or too soft. Just right. Their salsas have an exceptional flavor. The food is reasonably priced for the portion size. And always a friendly staff. Thank you.

Pierre greeted us right away and treated us like family throughout our visit. The chips and salsa set the tone; fresh, delicious, and fast. Order their green chili sauce. It's a family recipe of Norma herself that compliments everything. The smothered burrito was giant; I didn't go hungry. My husband enjoyed Pierre's special that came out in a sizzling skillet.
