Andy's Frozen Custard

Really good frozen custard with many varieties of toppings and styles, although there is one flaw which is if you are going to order a custom custard of chocolate custard they most likely will put vanilla instead of chocolate custard.

We went and got ice cream eat a couple bites and found hair in our ice cream..

Every time I come here they always mess up my order. Can’t seem to take an order correctly. I suggest going to a different location.

Garbage. I just pulled into this Andy's and since I'd received hard, inedible brownies here before I immediately asked, "Are your brownies fresh today?" The guy at the window said, "Yeah", so I ordered a concrete that included a brownie. During the making of the concrete, I heard another employee in the store say, "The brownies are hard", but that made no difference to the guy at the window. He served me the concrete and when I pulled over to eat it the brownie in it was rock hard and inedible. I won't eat at any food service business where the staff lies about the quality of the food. You shouldn't either. It's dangerous.

I threw the inedible concrete in the trash and wrote this review.

I wonder how old the food at this location is that they are serving to customers. Maybe a health inspection is in order. Perhaps management or the owners will deal with the low-quality staff at this location.

I would give a 5 but they have workers standing outside in the rain and heat taking orders. Get a freaking intercom system.

I had the pumpkin pie concrete, and the hubs had a butterscotch shake. We both thoroughly enjoyed our custard and will definitely be back to try other items.

So we’ve been to a bunch of Andy’s and our visit this time was not good at all. We spent $52 on ice cream and we couldn’t get ice water for free?!? Really? Wtf. And they wouldn’t blend up my daughter’s ice cream. She just wanted vanilla but she wanted it blended. WHY CANT YOU BLEND THE CUSTARD WITHOUT CANDY OR TOPPINGS?!? Ugh. We won’t go back to this location again.

My family and I have been frequenting this location for a couple years. For the first year and a half or so that we went, everything was perfect and I felt like we got what we paid for. I gave a great 5 star review back then.

Lately! The last few months have been atrocious! This location is getting sloppy, lousy service, poorly made ice creams, extremely poor service. Some big fella came out after waiting a bit, rushed us to give him our order, which came out completely wrong, and he ran back inside. When we were leaving the drive through, the same guy came racing out in a lighting F-150 and about smoked my car trying to leave super fast. Order was wrong again for the 3rd night in a row so I returned, parked and went up to have them redo my order. Again, I got shorted on a $12 custard that I have been getting since we started going there. I’m don’t with this location. This sucks too really, because Cold Stone is way out of the way. All the recent 1 and 2 star reviews lately are all things I have experienced as well.
