My husband and I go to Arby's and his go to sandwich which is delicious is the Reuben. They have the best Reuben with lots of sauerkraut and plenty of meat I like to get thr gyros I find delicious they have great coupons so you can usually get these at a discount

Manager taking my order could at least act like he gets paid to provide decent customer service. I don't need overly polite but damn, couldn't even hear him speak and he just had an air of bitchy about him. If you hate your job than there are plenty of places hiring out here.

I ordered the beef and cheddar double and curly fries. I normally don’t worry about leaving a review for a fast food place because it is what it is. But is anybody else here tired of getting cold stale curly fries? I know I am and unfortunately, I drove away without checking the fries. Yes, I’m a fry checker 😂 And the fries that I got at the window were cold and stale like literally stale. I had to like choke them down. I was starving unfortunately, the sandwich was great. They have a huge pothole in the drive-through I was afraid that busted my tire, so be careful of that. The guy was nice. Had a great sense of humor. But please, please, please, if your fries have been sitting there for a while, don’t serve them to the customers, just fry them to order so they’re nice and hot and fresh. No one likes cold fries! I will no longer be ordering from your Arby’s.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times. The food is Cold food an hour and a half before they close. I had to go home and put it in my air fryer.

Ordered a half pound beef and cheddar with a Large Coke. Ended up with a sandwich that seemed smaller than the last few times and no cheese. My drink was full to the very top with ice so you get a few sips out of it. The drive thru speaker is awful and makes it hard to communicate with the staff inside. Overall just pretty bad experience compared to other Arby's I have been to.
