Ordered at drive thru requested Arby's sauce for multiple sandwiches and was given a single packet after asking for 4 so I could have 1 per sandwich. Sandwiches luke warm not hot.

I came in today 2/13/26 around 1:50pm. I ordered the fish sandwich meal medium size. The man at the counter was very friendly and polite to the elderly women he was speaking to however once his attention was turned to me he was rude and he was not wearing his badge all I know is he had a deep voice and he is a heavy set black man. Once my order was complete he placed my cup on the counter and said your food will be out in a bit. Ok I filled my glass and went and sat down. He brought out food to some other ladies there which I thought was nice of him and he was very polite to them. When my order was ready all he said was hey your food is ready and basically just lightly tossed it on the counter and walked away he never offered me condiments or even asked if I needed anything else. Also after paying he never gave me a receipt and I asked him twice for one. A short time later another black man comes in and he is very polite and respectful to him and even brought his food out to him when it was ready. I worked for arbys in Pasadena Texas years ago and I know this kind of behavior was never tolerated I guess that is no longer the case. I am a Hispanic American citizen graduated from Texas A&M university and I have never been treated this way ever in my entire life. I am not sure I will ever enter another Arby’s again after this. I know I’m only one person but if one person stops and tells others of how they were treated more people will stop and eventually the place has to close. Arby’s needs to do better and this kind of behavior needs to be addressed and handled appropriately by the owner and Arby’s. I would give you a receipt number but I was not given one after asking for one twice all I have is a picture of my cup.

Tried to use a coupon I got in the mail, employee took it and proceeded to give me the original price. Don’t give out coupons if you are not going to honor them. Along with continuing to take the coupon without letting me use it, the food was also cold.

Had the Ruben tonight for dinner. It is better then McAllisters and less expensive. Perfect combination of all ingredients. Apple croissant is also very good.

Walked in at 12:15 stood in line in an empty dining room. Waited 5 minutes no one acknowledged me but an employee walked by me twice on his cell phone and never looked up. A second employee was in front of me in the kitchen looked at me but didn’t knowledge me at all so I left.

Another great experience at one of my favorite restaurants. The staff were busy during the dinner rush but still did a great job attending to both the long line in the drive through and the line in their dinning area.
The manager was super kind and made sure to ask me if I wanted any sauce and even gave me a new one called Arby's Bronco Berry Sauce to try.
