“Nice people, good quick food. Weird, that the front door was propped open. Place is really old and dated. Carpet very poor and dirty looking. Bathroom fixtures very pitted and tarnished. We asked for a booth with electricity and 😆 🤣 the plug-ins were on the ceiling. I would have to stand on table to plug in to the ceiling, of course cord too short... sad 😥“

“I had the salad option with my omelette instead of potatoes it was very refreshing. My friend gave me a spoonful of her potatoes to try, WOW! They were so flavorful and had onions mixed in just like my grandma used to do. The whole grain bread used in their toast was wholesome without the heavy dryness. The accompanying fruit jam was not overly sugary. I was so pleased that a tablespoonful came in a metal condiment cup instead of a plastic container with an individual serving (which barely covers a half slice of toast) given at other restaurants. Great service from our server who did not make us feel rushed even with several folks on the wait list. Way to go First Watch team! I enjoyed my initial visit to your restaurant.“

“We love the Big Biscuit on 135th and Mur-Len in Olathe.
The staff is very friendly and service from Cathy M is always great and very attentive. We always have what we need right from the start of our meal. Ramero is the best manger. He keep everything running smooth even during the busiest of times. We have tried other restaurants within the the Big Biscuit and always come back to this one. The service and quality are hands down the best.“

“Just went there this past weekend for the first time. They accommodated our party of 20. It took a few minutes but they did it. Food was delicious! The liquor was even better 😜 and the staff was nice. Would definitely recommend!! 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Olathe location.“

“The place was packed and we had to wait a minute for clean tables. The MANAGER came out to clean tables and sweep the floor under both tables. We were quickly waited on by a friendly and efficient waitress. There were 6 women working this shift and all were in top form. Even the 2 cooks were women and that was a new thing to see at WH. The food arrived cooked perfectly and exactly as ordered. Everything was tasty and enjoyable. This is one of the best WH in the area with one of the best teams I've seen working. Great teamwork ladies! You all did a remarkable job handling a full house like pros. You are all hard workers and should be commended AND rewarded accordingly. I'll be back to your WH, for sure.“

“The service was great, it has been 3+ weeks since my visit. I forgot the gentleman's name that served us, he was enjoyable to have as a server. The food was pretty good and there atmosphere was great. Went with2 other truck drivers from the company i worked for.“

“I just had the most wonderful dining experience today. I stopped into the ihop in Olathe & was promptly seated & upon my seating down my lovely waitress Crystal greeted me with a beautiful smile. I ordered some delicious pancakes & some hashbrowns. While I waited for my food I noticed this lovely gentleman walking around talking with all of the tables. When he got to my table he introduced himself by his Name Mark & said he was the manager there & wanted to make sure I was comfortable & if there was anything he could get for me. But with my great server Crystal helping me I politely declined & told him how polite he was. I have not had that kind of service in quite some time. I got my food nice & hot & it was delicious. I finished my food & tipped the server & paid my bill. I will be telling all of my friends about the amazing service I had today. Such an amazing crew!! Thank you!!!“
