I ordered 50 wings (4 different flavors) and 2 orders of onion rings for delivery. The order I received was completely wrong. I got 50 plain wings (no sauce) and NO onion rings. I immediately called the store and talked to the manager. He said he would remake the order. After an hour of no delivery, I called back to the store and was informed that I would have to come pick up the order. I was unable to pick the order (reason for original delivery order), so I asked for a refund. The manager said I should receive a refund within three days. On the fourth day with no refund, I went to the store and spoke to another manager who took my information. It’s now over two weeks later and still no refund. I lost $142.39.

I came to this location. They had messed up my food, but then after speaking to a manager, he remade all my food for me and it looked really better. Just ate here a couple days ago and I’m very happy about the service that I received and that’s why I gave them five stars most definitely will be coming back to this location😍😍

Ordered for the Superbowl and I was a pleasant experience. Wings were fresh and well sauced. The manager was super nice and she made sure I was well taken care of. Definitely my go to for next years game!
