Haven't been to a BK in ages but wanted to try the schoom burger so we stopped by. First off the restaurant was incredibly clean! We thought it was a new location but the cashier said it was 10.years old! Wow it looks fabulous, kudos and well done to this location's management and staff! The shroom burger was a bit of a disappointment as the toasted bread was soft and limp, but burger itself was delicious with the nice char too. Spicy chicken sandwiches was ok but again a little soggy. The frozen onion rings were perfectly done and crispy. Love the rings sauce too! Cool soda machine. I think this is one of the best burger kings around! The manager or Cashier was super nice and helpful!

Customers want value for their money, to feel welcome and the food to be good. None of these boxes were checked for a Sunday lunch. Probably why this place was wide open. I barely got a grunt of "here" when I got my food. $3 for a medium drink that cost them $.03 to make. Medium-warm/cold sandwiches. "Warm" water in the bathrooms was well below body temperature.
Really obvious they don't want customers bothering them. No problem, there are many choices really close that are much better.

My Daughter wanted Burger King so we decided to stop wasn't no one in the lobby or the drive-thru. I pulled up & parked I thought I ran over something in the parking lot, my Daughter went on inside the restaurant while I checked my tires. When I went inside the Restaurant my Daughter was still at the register waiting for someone to take her order, the lady worker turned around looked my Daughter up & down, did not open her mouth & say anything she was fixing an order of fries. The ONLY thing that kept me from cursing her was my Daughter. Yes we are middle class African Americans & work for our money so don't look down on us. I see why your Restaurant was empty & it is going to continue to be that way. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING

I cannot believe how all those Mexican women thought I was just some dumb White boy But if you look at my last name I'm clearly Mexican and they have the nerve to disrespect me Without knowing that I speak Spanish too Until I started speaking to them in Spanish. I can't believe the boldness that they had to speak about a customer right in front of the customer in a different language as if I didn't know Spanish. I will be contacting corporate on this matter as well. How dare they talk about any customer like that let alone somebody that actually speaks Spanish but they judge me because I sound and look white.

Literally noone behind me after I get my food. I opened a pack of salt dumped it so I could eat it(still noone behind me)and the opens the window. I look up and say sorry noones behind me was salting my food and she yells we have a timer!!!Sorry I don't work at bk. So I drive off and realize my sandwich was cold and they gave me the wrong drink.After that service didn't even want it fixed. Nine bucks for Hashbrown as that was all that was edible. Zero stars!

Came in tonight and did an online order, store wasn’t busy at all. Seemed like only one lady was working… anyways had to go through the line twice because she forgot our fries. Don’t know how you can forget fries…. Had to wait longer on her the 2nd time to even answer us so we had to drive up to the window to hurry her up.

This location has to be the most INCONSISTENT restaurant I’ve ever been to.. they’re constantly slow as hell like they’re busy but I’ve never seen more than 4 cars in the DT, but it’ll take over 10 mins before you leave the line BY YOURSELF.. can’t get the order right for a damn thing even if you tell them as slow as possible or even spell it out for them. You try to call them, they won’t answer like they’re busy. Again, I’ve NEVER seen that place hold more than 4 cars in DT, or even more than 6 people inside. Place is a damn joke and I’m not even laughing.Never can get my order correct, management is a joke, employees look incompetent, I’m sure the owner is just as special as his team. This place needs to get shut down IMMEDIATELY. I will be making some calls across the board as well as dropping off photos, videos, etc..

I just got home with my food and I’ll never go back to this place again. I was the only person in the drive thru and no cars in the parking lot. I ordered, the girl that took my order was rude, didn’t even ask me what wrap I wanted. I got to the window she ripped the card out of my hand, shut the window and ran it. Didn’t say anything except to say “you have to wait at this window until your order is ready for pickup” so she left and came back a few minutes later to tell me to drive up. What sense does it make to wait and the pay window? It was a dead restaurant. The food was cold and gross too.
