While we were out running around, we stopped for some chips and salsa and a few drinks. The bartender didn't even look 18, but she was good and fast at providing drinks. She was generous with the good stuff.

This was not a great dinner. Chicken strips were terrible and my son’s $30 Ribeye was mostly fat! This was very disappointing and we won’t be back - food was awful. Sat the entire dinner with no refill so I had to ask!

I attempted to do a pickup tonight. When I got there a younger girl came to greet me and after I told her I was there for my food, she looked at me and walked off. I never got my food, I left due to the unprofessionalism of the blonde woman with big glasses who appeared to be a manager. I’ve gone to this Chili’s since I was a kid, never again. Luckily, I am decent friends with the owners and will be escalating my experience further. Hire nicer people.

I went to Chili’s to celebrate a friend. We sat next to this adorable couple and witnessed something I’ve never seen before at Chili’s regarding their waitress. After asking for the couples IDs, the waitress randomly split the lady’s ID in half and left. I noticed the lady was confused & angry so I intervened and asked if she was okay. Come to find out, she’s 26 years old and the waitress just assumed that her ID was fake, broke it & left. She never even apologized. This was not okay and the waitress should never be allowed to do that. We won’t be coming back to this location.
Last 3 times I have been in I have ordered the surf & turf. Every single time I order it medium rare & get it nearly well done. Waiters don’t check up on you often enough & quite frankly seem like they don’t care about their job. I am very understanding of the food industry as I worked in it for 2 years. Consistent visits like this though I seem to wonder if their cooks have any idea what’s going on, along with the waiters expecting to do the bare minimum and get a good tip.
