Chipotle Mexican Grill

My burrito bowl was terrible. The chicken was charred black, dry, and way way over seasoned. Fajita veggies were the same. Inconceivable anyone thought this was fit to serve. Just gross.

It’s been really bad lately here. Past 3 times, it doesn’t even taste like Chipotle and taste like grocery store food. Please fix this! Burnt meat, off flavoring and missing seasoning… But, why does my bowl taste like it has bbq sauce in it? The rice is crunchy and not fully cooked and they are just completely missing all the key flavors. Someone is taking major shortcuts and adding their own flair. Plus, 2 of our 3 orders were missing shredded cheese that we ordered. Disappointing when you are craving Chipotle but you don’t get Chipotle!

I’m handicapped. They have all the parking spaces cleared except the handicap parking. Made it very difficult to get to the door. A photo of the handicapped verses the non handicap.

The food was good, but they were scraping the bottom of the containers to make my bowl. Very little rice in my bowl and paid full price for what seemed like half the size .

TODAY EVERYTHING WAS DRY AND BURNT.. beans looked hard. Rice was crunchy, meat was burnt, queso and salsa was thick without movement. Won't be coming back to this location..

Store is very dirty food on tables and floors everyone is just standing around talking there is literally noone in here take a second or two to wipe down something at least and the guy making the food wasn't listening i asked what something was and he just put it on my bowl and he kept adding things to my husband's that he didn't ask for

We went on a Friday early evening. There were maybe 2-3 people in front of us and the entire line was a mess. There were food particles all over the paying counter, my bag of food was pushed over some sour cream, so there was sour cream on the bottom of my bag. Food all over the line, there was a lady, possibly the manager who was jumping in and stretching across cross other employees contaminating the food as she would drop food from the spoons into other food bins. While prepping online orders. I haven’t felt well since then, have had a headache, nausea and vomiting since I woke up Saturday morning. No one was cleaning up, the grill looked charred. I’ve never seen a more charred grill at chipotle in my life.

very rude, ordered a mobile order online and when i came to pick up at stated time the food had not even begun to be prepared then was told they only had one option of meat available so they couldn’t make my meal AN HOUR before closing. extremely disappointed.

Employees are nice and facility is always clean but the food is not good. My “soft shell” tortilla was rock hard and stale, my chips were burnt and also stale. I understand if it was close to closing at the end of the night trying to scrounge up portions and using stale chips/tortillas that have been sitting out for a while, but eating at 8pm it was a big disappointment.
