Terrible service. The line was incredibly long, and people were getting desperate because the employees didn't even seem to know what they were doing. They were very slow and served miserly portions of food; they don't even know how to wrap a burrito properly. In the end, my burrito was poorly wrapped—the tortilla was completely torn, and the presentation was awful. They really need to train their staff better, or hire some Latino workers, as they tend to be faster. I definitely won't be returning to this Chipotle; I am very disappointed.

0 stars if I could. Food was waiting on the counter when I arrived to pick up my online order, un-bagged. Nobody seemed to want to come to the counter to help, instead stand and stare at me as they clean up. Only to get home and open my bowl to find the female line workers hair in my food! They never display good customer service here and are always attempting to shut down before closing, so it was my fault for going back but after the hair in my food, I will NEVER return.

Horrible! They don’t speak English and when you say what you want on your bowl or how you want it, just figure it won’t happen. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, as much as I eat Chipotle, this one’s the worst. I spend $40+ every time and this is baby portions. I’ll take my money elsewhere and get two steak meals and actually get full for that price. If you want your moneys worth, DONT GO HERE.

They have really gone downhill. Not sure if manager change. Chicken is very grisly and seasoned so much it could be eaten.

Did carry out, two burritos. Got them and one was a bowl. The bowl had so little steak and beans in it, it was ridiculous. Why charge $11 for just toppings basically?? Ridiculous.

I love their food and seeing their advertisement on social media about their guacamole 🥑 made wanted to for dinner and I guess it wasn't my lucky day because they were out of guacamole 😞

The portions where smaller than other Chipotle restaurants that I have frequented. I got a barbacoa beef burrito and I was very sad watching them make it due to the meager portions. It ended up being about 2/3 the size of an average Chipotle burrito. :(

This store has really gone down hill, I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and only received 2 small pieces of chicken, I paid extra for quacamole and queso and didn't get any and they put corn on it and I didn't even ask for it. This company only cares about money and not their customers or employees!
