Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s chipotle - just as good as any chipotle! However the staff there had a belligerent lady raise her voice and berate them because she chose something that was higher in price and didn’t want to pay it… they handled it extremely well! Well better than I would have! Stop bothering people who are doing their jobs ✨

I went to eat and all the women I know were watching all the time is a lack of respect. I have had chips from this place twice and it seems that they cook it in old oil because they are always burnt and their guacamol tastes like only onion. It seems that the staff who are there do not want to work or bother them until you get to eat leaving that they get their salary from us. Not very kind.

I just made a purchase 9/06 the service was terrible they gave me water and not lemonade as my order said and the food has an excess of spicy, everything is inedible

Want Chipotle? Choose another location. Any other one. This particular location has a serious customer service issue, which apparently is not a requirement when hiring. Based on other reviews, this has been ongoing for months, so it’s not an isolated incident. Save yourself the hassle, pick another location, it’s worth the extra 5 minute drive.

I will NEVER go back to this Chipotle. The person running the Chipoltlane has probably the worst customer service EVER. Will not acknowledge you and when she finally handed me my food she rolled her eyes. It was so bizarre. I mean go find a different job because she sucks!!

they have never gotten my order right and my food is always cold

Recently had one of the worst Chipotle experiences I have had here. Some of the staff will hardly acknowledge you or make it very obvious they don’t want to be there. That’s fine, but recently got a half steak/half carnitas burrito and they put maybe five pieces of steak total on it. Said fine I’ll just get double meat. I get home and start eating it only to find that most of the steak is pure fat that I can’t chew, as well as the carnitas. The carnitas were so greasy that it had soaked the entire bottom half of the tortilla. I have never had this issue at Chipotle before. In summary I think I tossed out about half of the meat from this burrito and couldn’t even finish the end of it because it was all grease.

The food is always great! Facilities are clean. The staff is fast and friendly. I have walked in and out with my order in less than 5 minutes many times.

This chipotle was horrible in my 50 years eating at chipotle's. I never had a bad chipotle's but when I came to this one, the service was mean the atmosphere people was arguing. The food was small spicy and stale, and they tried to charge me more for more chicken When I said I did not want chicken.
