Ordered chicken and cheese in a tortilla and was charged chicken burrito price for it yes has extra chicken but the price difference is more then ever been getting the same order for 5 years and never paid this much forget Chipotle ill never go to one again

I ordered a chicken burrito. The first stop in the line was rice when asked if I wanted rice? I said yes, and she put a huge scoop of rice and hardly any chicken. So I ended up with a rice burrito. Won't be going back!

Just got 2, carry out meals from Shawnee Mission store
NOT impressed

Also Ordered chips and salsa
Chips were a 1/4 bag of greasy/stale chips
No salsa was provided

Both meals were lukewarm at best
Ordered extra lettuce on one meal, but only received minimal lettuce

Both bowls were only a little over 1/2 full

Been eating chipotle for over 10 years usually a favorite takeout

Going to have to re-evaluate and come up with new go to Mexican spot

Borderline robbery. If you Door Dash they take advantage and give you almost no food. Extremely dishonest. This order is ‘double chicken’. It barely qualifies as regular chicken. Chipotle isn’t what it used to be.

My wife and I ate there then my daughter came with her husband and we paid for their meal, but forgot to scan. Then my other daughter came and we paid but forgot to scan. So I entered them later but apparently they have a limit of 2 entries per day and they took the smaller one even though I entered the larger one before the smaller one. What a ripoff.

Very rude service provided when I asked them to check an order in the fast lane. When another employee came to check what was wrong and I asked why the guy working at the window was so rude, she responded with “that’s just the way that he is. We can’t change him. “

My family ordered inside today, and as they were making a bowl the lady put the tomato salsa on one without asking and that one didn’t want the salsa. When asked if it can be remade since the person it was for doesn’t like the flavor, the workers acted like they didn’t understand what was being asked. They SCOOPED OFF some of the salsa instead of remaking the bowl. Terrible flavor, terrible customer service

Staff is absolutely awful. Do not greet you when you walk in and food is never ready in time through Chipotlane.

Last time we visited we were told to come through the drive through twice, even though we arrived at the time the app told us to arrive.

Eventually we were told to come inside to get our order. After coming in no one asked us why we were waiting. Eventually I asked the woman at the register if she could check if our order was ready. She just gave a blank look and walked away, which was extremely rude.

Then the staff began arguing with me for asking if our order was ready. They refused to help and instead told
us to refund our order.

Eventually someone in the back asked us what our name was and got our order WHICH HAD BEEN MADE THE WHOLE TIME!!!

They complained they were busy but had no line and 5 employees working. The owner seriously needs to fix the employee and customer service issues.

It's sad to see this location go to crap. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Ana did a horrible job! We will never go back to this restaurant again because of lack of customer service! Ana was rude and she served us with no respect! She is bad for business!

Offensively small portions that are exclusive to this location only. Seriously, management has to have a part in this; prioritizing profits over customer service, satisfaction and just plain decency.

I decided to give this location a 2nd chance today after a similarly bad experience here...never again will I go to this location and I implore other to avoid it as well!

I am not the type to leave negative reviews....seriously, this location is offensive with their incredibly skimpy meat portioning practices.. So unless you weigh 90lbs, and want to eat 85% rice, look elsewhere.
