Ordered a “limited time only-smoked brisket” burrito bowl and it was not the typical good quality I normally get at other Chipotle stores. The smoked brisket meat was very dry and hard as if it had been sitting out a long time. And the young man preparing it was very unfriendly.

The app wouldn't work. It was close to closing. The young man saw it wasn't working and helped. He was amazing im going threw Chemo and in a wheelchair so going drive thru is way easier for me.TY to' him.

Tonight was the last night we ever eat at this chipotle. It’s always the worst chipotle but tonight was the worst. Our food looked like it had been dropped then thrown back in containers. The lid on the kids meal was filthy! My grandson had diarrhea 30 minutes after eating. Drive to a different chipotle, this place needs to be inspected by the heath department.
RUDE STAFF & management, food ALWAYS old like it been sitting out all day ! when you ask are they putting out fresh they look at you crazy it’s a reason they sitting at 2 stars customer service is everything in this profession and that’s something they don’t have

this is consistently one of the worst chipotle locations I have ever been too ... mean people ... bad service ... very dirty inside and disorganized ... but the bad thing or worst thing is paying dearly for a meal and getting almost half the meat or less than you should compared to other locations ... literally less than half a level spoon full ... if you order DBL meat and pay $16.00 for one burrito bowl you will end up with less meat / protein than if you made a regular order at most other chipotle locations ... if you complain about you will be severely confronted ... horrible place ! buyer beware ! until management is fired and replaced and the majority of the people working here are retrained, stear clear !
