IVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!! Im so over this location!!! JOCO does not have many church’s chicken and this is the closest location to me but im cutting ties. I have NO issue with anyone of any ethnicity, race, sexual orientation or anything of such but if you CANNOT speak English, it would be helpful to NOT take the orders. You can bag the orders, make the drinks, do whatever but PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE ORDERS!!!!!!! Countless times I’ve received the wrong order, having to either come back, or take the Loss on that. The problem is, they not only can barely understand you but they’re also trying to handle customers already at the drive thru window which results in the ringing stuff up wrong or just overall not understanding what you asked for. Today I’ve asked for 3 tenders. The man asked what sauce, I said white gravy I get to the window, get my food only to receive everything I didn’t ask for.

I ordered the 10PC family meal with 2 large sides of potatoes and they gave me 4 child sized potions. Absolutely unacceptable. I wouldn't have ordered if I had knows I was going to be ripped off and then the store won't answer ANY of my phones calls!!! Used to be my favorite location now they've lost my business going forward... RIDICULOUS!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Make sure you hire people who not only speak English but also understand English. Nothing on my order was correct except my side. Very disappointing, not sure I'll ever go to this place again.
I ordered two chicken breasts and the large order of fried okra. It was enough to last me for 2 days,! I had no idea the large order of fried okra was so big it was insane. The food was good the surface was great I will definitely be back.
Make sure you check your food before you leave. They will give you old chicken that's been sitting out for awhile, warm fries that's been sitting out. We paid too much money for any cold food. If customers pay $15 or more we should get fresh food. I paid $50, received old chicken. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
