I was at work talking to a lady that works at Dairy Queen & we were talking about DQ's ice cream. She stated that DQ has a new flavors of dipped ice cream she named cookies & cream & cherry. I couldn't wait to get off work & try the cherry dipped cone. Got off work stopped by DQ ordered the small cherry dipped ice cream cone after I placed my order my total was $4 dollars & some change I asked the lady is that the price for a small ice cream cone she said yes. I went on to the drive-thru window paid for the ice cream cone she handed me the cone it looked tasty I start eating my ice cream cone & that cherry flavor was bitter & didn't taste nothing like cherries I was so disappointed I threw the cone out the window. I will try the other dipped flavors they have it won't be the cherry.

Non English speaking cashier, HUGE communication barrier. The young lady we delivered our tray with our food went above and beyond.
My kids like this place so we come here often. It’s wild to me how they leave the lobby unmanned so often. There’s no one up there to take orders. You may wait 5 minutes sometimes. And they aren’t busy - so why isn’t there anyone taking orders? What are they doing?

Just got a pumpkin pie blizzard here it is terrible no pie crust just plain Graham cracker pieces almost no pumpkin flavor either not pumpkin pie waste of money

We had a terrible experience at DQ. We ordered 3 hamburgers (one completely plain with no cheese) and 2 blizzards. We were extremely clear that we wanted nothing on the burger. The woman at the register seemed to be struggling and called over another worker to help her. We got our receipt and for the Oreo blizzard it said banana blizzard Oreo only. Then they gave us our meal and the plain burger had everything on it. She took it back without saying anything and gave us an actual plain one. She waited about 20 minutes to get the blizzards and they tried to give them to the ladies sitting next to us. We tried to tell her that they were ours but she just took them back. 5 minutes later she brought us the ice cream.
