My kids like this place so we come here often. It’s wild to me how they leave the lobby unmanned so often. There’s no one up there to take orders. You may wait 5 minutes sometimes. And they aren’t busy - so why isn’t there anyone taking orders? What are they doing?

Just got a pumpkin pie blizzard here it is terrible no pie crust just plain Graham cracker pieces almost no pumpkin flavor either not pumpkin pie waste of money

We had a terrible experience at DQ. We ordered 3 hamburgers (one completely plain with no cheese) and 2 blizzards. We were extremely clear that we wanted nothing on the burger. The woman at the register seemed to be struggling and called over another worker to help her. We got our receipt and for the Oreo blizzard it said banana blizzard Oreo only. Then they gave us our meal and the plain burger had everything on it. She took it back without saying anything and gave us an actual plain one. She waited about 20 minutes to get the blizzards and they tried to give them to the ladies sitting next to us. We tried to tell her that they were ours but she just took them back. 5 minutes later she brought us the ice cream.

Priya was so kind to my family. food was fresh and fast while we dined inside!
Chathu decorated a cake for my grandson's graduation. She did a FABULOUS job and we all loved the cake. It was beautiful. Two other staff assisted me me in ordering the cake and they were very helpful.

Went here for the Blizzards. A very clean and neat place. Our attendant was Marilyn who was friendly and helpful. We had two Blizzards which were properly made and bbq chicken strips. All was good. Certainly recommend this DQ
Sunday afternoon three people working. The food was hot and the place was clean, but we had to eat our desert first because the food can out 10 minutes after the blizzards!

This is definitely the nicest Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to! I love their chocolate malts The customer service is very good! They are all very friendly and pleasant, which is not typically what I’ve experienced with other DQs/similar chains.
