Dos Reales Authentic Mexican Restaurant

Poor service. No Drink refills. No salsa refills. Server was non existent. Not Authentic. I was expecting fried Tacos and got Taco Bell tacos. And the best part, my husband's meat was not all the way cooked. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

Change, and not for the better ☹️

I've been going to Dos Reales for over 16 years. Always good food, and decent prices. This time a noticed the new menus. The prices for the meals had all gone up by almost $5 more per plate. The chorizo, is different now, it tastes and looks artificial (bright red in color). The waitress was not friendly, and looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. On top of that, they are charging $3 credit card convenience fee.

One of my all time favorite restaurants to eat in Johnson County, KS. You've lost a family who enjoyed your food and service. Just too many bad changes to justify ever going back again. This really does hurt me to have to write this review.

The food was good but the service was bad . Me and my mom had separate checks My waiter was a women and we was going to tip in cash . She looks at our receipts and say " y'all didn't tip me" but with an attitude which was super unprofessional on her end and very rude

I asked for shredded beef tacos in both Spanish and English and received chicken the first time, and then ground beef the second time. I ordered a tostada and again, they gave me just ground beef with lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. It was literally another taco but flat. I was really disappointed. The waitress really struggled with being attentive to our table. I had heard great things about this place but at this point, I don't think we will be repeat customers.

Food is great, order arrives on time or before, servers are great restaurant is very clean.

It wasn't that good. Everything was drenched in cheese sauce. The guacamole tasted processed, not made fresh.
My margarita was fine, chips are thick, salsa meh.

I don't think it's ethical that they compulsorily charge you the tip on your receipt, which came out to be a total of 23 dollars and then in the end they charged 26.47
