We made a mobile order at 4:30pm to pickup for our family Christmas night. We picked out our desired donuts from the available selection and paid for our order. We ended up with some changes to our plans that made this location no longer ideal, but we had placed the order and paid for it, so we made our way to the location. Pull up to the drive thru and tell them we are there to pick up the mobile order ‘only to be told they are out of donuts for our order and they’ll have to give us a refund. This was over 3 hours after we placed the order. Why they don’t fill the order and set it aside is beyond me. Waste of our time! Our tradition is Krispy Kreme, but they have had limited selections, but we ended up back there anyway because Dunkin failed on a whole other level.

We placed an order through the Dunkin’ app and picked it up in the drive-thru. When we got home, we realized the order was incorrect, so we went back to the store to have it corrected.
When we explained the issue, the employee asked “What’s wrong with it “ We told them what we had ordered versus what we received. To our surprise, one of the employees took the wrong donuts out of our box and put them back in the case with the other donuts - which is completely unsanitary.
I was shocked and asked for a refund. Another employee came over, and we explained the situation again, including that no one had apologized for the mistake. We were refunded, but the lack of professionalism and food safety was very disappointing.

Coffee and donuts are good, but the service is horrible. Every time I go there, the clerk’s always ask, “what donut did you order again?” And then after that, they give me the wrong order after I just literally told them! I don’t think I’m gonna go there much anymore.

I'm homeless I've been homeless since 2020 I've gone into this dunkin' donuts more than six times I've been met with nothing but disrespect I've been met with nothing but attitude today and nobody wants to help a homeless person so I tell you this everybody that has an extra dollar everybody that has an extra $0.50 Make sure you give it to a homeless person because this Dunkin donuts don't care they just want somebody that's going to rival Starbucks McDonald's but I go right down the street to McDonald's and get something for free just by asking I can go to any place around Shawnee Kansas and get something for free but this dunkin' donuts visit there's an employee by the name of white I believe he has it in for me because I show him respect and all he wants is disrespect then he has an attitude when I show ain't disrespect what I don't understand it so all of you that go to dunkin' donuts with your 3.8 percentage on your stars or your or your or your love and ain't right you don't turn down a homeless person who ain't ate in a couple days

The girls working there were very rude and uncooperative. I order an (extra-hot) mocha and They were trying to sell me a cold (hot mocha) and when I asked them politely heat it up, the made a latte instead. Normally this is acceptable if it is a mistake but they were so rude and just didn’t want to serve us!!! This is the first time in my life to experience something like this! (I wish so didn’t leave a tip)

Well I bet I know the next company that is going to go under. If all or any Dunkin’ Donuts are like this one, say good bye! Gross donuts & coffee (mix)🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮 Sandwhich was cold and gross and the hashbrowns were very cold. I would give it a NEGATIVE ⭐️ but I can’t, $34.89 dollars down the drain 🤬🤬
When you open the box and the powder donut looks ill 🤒
Great location, everyone has a nice demeanor. But every so often when I order a flavored ice coffee it’s just straight coffee with cream. It’s a little frustrating considering i spend an extra 50 cents for extra syrup.

Came in around 9:30 am today. They’re out of just about everything (especially the seasonal stuff) and they were super busy but the customer service was amazing and the girl at the register specifically was super super sweet. She looked tall, slender build, dark hair in two braids, I think she wore glasses and it looked like she had her ears gauged. corporate if you’re reading this give her a raise!!! She was speedy and friendly and when I asked to buy a second donut (I thought I had ordered two) she threw it in for free and told us to have a great day! I didn’t catch her name but I’m definitely coming back after that experience!

Normally we don’t have too many issues with this location, but this morning we ordered delivery and it was almost completely wrong. My iced coffee was supposed to have 2 caramel 2 vanilla 1 butter pecan + milk…there was no milk, no caramel, and no butter pecan. And then my coworker didn’t get his drink at all.
