Dutch Bros Coffee

The line setup is horrible. Don't ever choose the right lane cause you will get skipped 3 times.

This place has incredibly slow service for a coffee shop! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt a second time and i was late to work. I even ordered 15 mins in advance.

I love this location but I just tried to get a coffee for my girlfriend who works overnights because she desperately needs one and there was no one there. I walked up to the window at 9:35 to order and they had already closed when the closing time is listed as 10 pm.

Again, I love this location but I rely on Dutch Bros to get a coffee for my girlfriend’s overnight shifts. I was very disappointed tonight and she is going to be even more, unfortunately.

Ordered ahead for drive through pickup and have been sitting in line for 45 minutes. Stuck at this point and they're still taking orders at the window. Absolutely ridiculous. Get a speaker system for cold weather or when staff is short handed. I shouldn't have to choose between a long wait in line or freezing temperatures and your staff shouldn't have to be forced to stand outside in it either.

Went at 8 pm and they took a while to take my order I saw them playing around throwing stuff cussing while taking a order with her other coworkers very unprofessional

If you go into the right lane because it’s shorter, at least one if not several cars in the left lane who got their after you will be served before you. Love Dutch bros drinks so much, but drive thru is severely mismanaged and not customer friendly.

25 minute wait time in drive thru, horrible customer service with attitude. Do not recommend.

staff was very helpful in helping me and my friend finding a good drink that doesn’t include caffeine. my favorite drink rn is the white chocolate chai latte

Dutch Bros was my go to in CO. Unfortunately the managing of this location really misses the mark. The line takes 30-40 min. I’ve taken a break and tried it again repeatedly hoping for improvement and am continually disappointed on the slow service. This is not the Dutch Bros model of service. I don’t recommend this location unless they make some serious staffing improvement.

It’s your average Dutch bros the quality is always great and the workers are friendly but this place is incredibly SLOW. Drive thru took over 30 mins

Dietary restrictions: They are good with celiac and lactose intolerance. Just ask them to rinse before making your drink!

I wanted to try their coffee today as I have only had their rebels. Never again. Had to wait 30 minutes to order when there were only 7 cars in line. The system of having you order at the window is what makes everything so slow. It is not the employees fault. You can only make a drink so fast but the system is messed up. Never again will I come here :) I’ll still to my Starbucks (where my manager would have chewed out our butts if we had these drive times)

I should never have to wait 25 minute stuck in a line for a small coffee. Ridiculous how slow the line moves. Instead of carrying a 5 minute conversion with the customer hand them their coffee and keep the line moving. Terrible service!
