Incredibly slow service every single time
I ask the girl for extra Carmel she put extra cinnamon the girl who took my order is always fantastic The girl who made my drink, I asked her for extra caramel, and she didn’t even put any caramel in there I’m not pleased

Do not waste your time with this location as it's poorly managed. Most of the time the employees move extremely slow, often time taking 10+ minutes per order. I'm honestly not sure what they're doing in there that takes them so long, seems like they're more focused on socializing than they are on doing their job.

I like that they don't have several options. It's easy to choose from. Great business plan. Definitely ready for the peppermint flavor for Christmas shopping! 🎄🛍️ The workers are upbeat and positive. Great atmosphere.
