We came in here tonight and I got the Taro Ube Milk tea with brown sugar boba. Very disappointed with my tea and service. We were the only one there and the girl didn't even greet us. The tea was watered down and the boba was old and you can tell it's old and been sitting there awhile. So sad, we used to love Fat Bee and used to drive 30mins to the original location in OP because the quality of their drinks was amazing. It has significantly gone down since they have expanded and franchised. On the plus side, our tea came out pretty fast.

Just moved up to KC and was craving some boba so I got the brown sugar latte w brown sugar boba and it was so yummy! cute atmosphere , friendly staff, and lots of seating as well... will definitely be back!

I tried the Pink Lady and found it absolutely delicious. I'm also very pleased with the service; the staff helped me navigate the menu and understand boba tea, which I wasn't familiar with. The cafe had a calm atmosphere and a pleasant ambiance. From now on, this will be my go-to spot for boba tea.

I never had boba before, but I took my friend because she was craving boba and I had wanted to try it. 10/10. I've been back mutiple times since. The atmosphere is so cute and I feel like I could sit there with friends if I wanted to. Highly recommend.

Parking: Parking is good! There's lots of businesses nearby so it can be crowded during different times, but I was always able to find a spot. They do have a couple parking spots right near their door and most of time those parking spaces are available. Parking is free!

We got taro tea unfortunately they didn't tell us you have to specifically say you want boba. Nor did they offer it to us or ask if we wanted it when ordering. Then when I asked about it they didn't offer to add any boba to it(would have paid for it). So we went to the boba tea shop and left with just tea. Maybe I am just used to places we get it from normally. They either include boba or they offer it ?‍♀️

I watched them pull a shot of espresso. After grinding the coffee he used the distributor to smooth out the grinds, and put the ports filter directly on the espresso machine. Completely skipped the tamping. Naturally the “shot” came out in like 5 seconds and this is what he served me.

I’ve been to terrible coffee shops but this one takes the cake. Why spend $18,000 on an espresso machine if you won’t take the time to learn how to use it.
