Excellent experience! The service person was amazing. She really gave me all of the peppers and cheese that I asked for and needed. No complaints. I love the Stuffed Shell Duo at $5.99. It's a great price, and it's so good. I think here is the best one I've ever tried of any fazoli's. So good and th bead sticks! Service was fast, friendly and accurate. Totally professional!

Mandy was wonderful and went above and beyond with her service. I know what it’s like when things are hectic and it can be hard to be in a good mood, but she was incredibly kind and efficient, even offering to bag me up some breadsticks to go. There was another young gentleman who was walking around offering breadsticks who was also very cheerful and kind, but I didn’t catch his name. The food was delicious and came out in good time, so cheers to the cooks as well. I know it’s not “fine dining”, but it was certainly great service.

I should have done a before picture. I got the number 12 chicken parmigiana and it looked beautiful! Well this picture is what went in the trash. After the chicken and cheese the pasta is plain and overall not good! If I’m honest it was $11.99 plus tax and I didn’t enjoy it at all. I forced myself to eat what I ate. Never again!

The food was ok, but I charged twice and it's very frustrating trying to get my money back. I went through the drive thru and paid $30 for my food. Another $30 came out of my account the next day. Apparently this happened to several people that day at least and it's very frustrating getting the run around to get my money back.

I had not been to Fazoli's in YEARS, but I decided to give it a try because it's close to my new job. I got the spaghetti with meatballs and a slice of pepperoni pizza, and everything was delicious! I was even impressed by the service. It was a young guy named Joseph who really should be working in a full-service restaurant because he would make great money.
If you're craving Italian food for lunch and you don't want to spend a lot of money or time, Fazoli's is the place!

Food had very very little alfredo and spaghetti sauce which did not even provide a thin coating on the noodles, I sure did not need to worry about it running together being in one dish. This was early pm and they were not busy. Also the practice of charging for any extra bread on to go orders is really a cheap policy when it is endless bread within store. I will not go there again.
