The greeting upon walking thru the front door is welcomed. Love that my orders are always ready on time. You can tell they use quality ingredients, right down to the Dukes mayo packets. I love their meatball subs. It's the only thing I get when visiting. It's a bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for. Never a bad experience.

I want to take a moment to recognize Patrick at Firehouse Subs (Atleast I think that's his name.) for his exceptional customer service. Every time I visit, he goes above and beyond to ensure an outstanding experience. His communication skills are top-notch—he's always friendly, attentive, and engaging with every customer.

Patrick has an incredible ability to recommend additional products that I might have overlooked, and he does so in a way that feels helpful rather than pushy. It's clear he genuinely cares about making sure customers leave satisfied.

What truly stands out is the positivity Patrick brings to the store. From the moment I walk in, he greets me with a warm smile and continues to make the experience enjoyable throughout. By the time I leave, I’m always in a better mood, thanks to his energy and enthusiasm.

While the employees all see great and the food is fine, the fact that this location NEVER participates in national promotions is absolutely irritating. I'm constantly getting Firehouse texts about specials you are NEVER honoring. If the franchisee owner is gonna be such a cheapskate, maybe someone else needs to take over. I'll take my business to Jersey Mike's as they DO participate in promotions.

I respect the concept for this place, but as a customer, I have been here serval times to pick up orders for work, and my wait time was ridiculous. It seems no one has a priority. That's ok, take your time we have ALL DAY!

It was an overcast afternoon. I decided to stop by at the local firehouse subs to grab myself a bite to eat and a large sprite. I ordered the sandwich and it was ready in record time. Jimmy John’s says they’re freaky fast, but honestly firehouse is always faster. Firehouse subs? More like firehouse slaps! I was so tempted to stand up and pump my fist like all might and declare it the best sub that I had ever tasted. It’s sad to see that the workers here don’t get payed more. I believe that they all deserve at least $16/hr.
