Terrible food and my fillet was overcooked and had a liver flavor.. I ordered the cheddar ranch potatoes for the side and it honestly tasted like something you would buy Frozen from the grocery store. My husband ordered a ribeye and it was not very good either. Very low quality food at a very high price. Won't go back again and do not recommend.

Everyone raves about Hereford House, Appetizers were good, Service, attentive, friendly, accommodating. It was a client dinner, therefore I didn't send my filet back. Ordered medium rare to rare, Filet was well done. Side of mushrooms void of flavor and dry, no butter, just tough and dry. Desserts were exceptional, wouldn't hesitate to go just for dessert.

The food was very good, the best part was the carrot cake. Absolutely out of this world. The environment was nice and relaxed in the area we were in. Definitely would visit here again. Oh and Bobbi was a great server she took great care of us.

Chicken Marsala was wonderful! My husband got beef stroganoff, which was also very good. We asked to sit in the bar to watch end of a football game. They accommodated us with a booth by the TV. I appreciate that we didn't feel rushed and could take our time enjoying our drinks and appetizer before ordering the main meal. We had a very good experience, and will gladly go back.

Great Job...could have used another server or someone coming around with rolls to keep servers serving. Food was great, cooked to perfection as desired. Restaurant Week choices were not verygood except the $65..need to do a better choice.

We went on a double date and were so glad we chose this Hereford location! Not only was the food great, our server Bobbie was exquisite! She was attentive without being overbearing so we we able to have a lovely flow of conversation with our yummy food. We will definitely request Bobbie when we come back next time!!

My server was not knowledgeable about my gluten free allergies, I told her and she gave me a recommendation for my main which was great but when it came to other courses she didn't consider it. I ordered the Kansas City steak but it was so fatty and chewy I had to spit most of it out, I also asked for it medium rare. I have had many many steaks all at medium rare however the majority of this steak was extremely rare. Also the only alternative for a desert was the trifle. Which I was looking forward to after my disappointing main. This was not a trifle, it was awful and basically consisted of a glass of runny berry sauce

The asparagus didn’t taste freshly cooked and I barely took one bite of the bacon Mac n cheese.. lacked any type of flavor and the texture tasted like it was fake cheese. I ordered medium rare steak- but the bacon was so raw it was like it came straight from the fridge. Lobster was good but the plate was $65 and wasn’t worth it at all. Madison our waitress was very kind and provided me a back-up side dish because I didn’t like the Mac but the food just wasn’t good, unfortunately.

All three of us had steaks that were raw. Sent them all back and they were still not done. Not sure if they had a new chef but we have never had this problem before. We all ordered med rare. Not sure if we will be back there.

Excessively slow service and felt ignored. Sent our steaks back two. TWO. times and by the time the steaks finally came out they were blackened and dry. I wouldve been embarassed to serve that to a customer. In all fairness, the artichoke dip was amazing as was the dessert. The ticket was adjusted for the inconvenience and we still tipped well. Texas Roadhouse... even Outback is better than this place.

Hereford House has been our go to spot celebrate things and to celebrate the end of each year. The reason was it has always been consistently good. That definitely can't be said of this time. The steaks were not properly cooked and the quality was very poor. Even the carrot cake was different/disappointing. We definitely won't be returning and will find another steakhouse.
