The Happy Hour menu is really a great deal! Has a range of options in a slightly smaller portion than their regular menu. The chicken fried chicken and the beef kabobs are our favorites. With the burger and tacos a close second. The onion rings and calamari are very good!
Food and service was good. Initial drink orders had to be re-done as club soda was used in place of tonic. Having condensation dripping from the ceiling next to the table throughout the entire meal was disturbing.
Three of us had dinner at the Hereford House in Shawnee. It has been our favorite for many years. We sat in a booth in the bar area. This is a great venue, quiet, has east facing windows, TV's if you want to watch, but are pretty quiet. This was a birthday celebration, so a good choice. We had each different items from the menu, and all were claimed to be perfect. I had the filet Oscar cooked just the way I like it. My barrel aged Manhattan was the best I've had there,...
