Don't recommend this location, when we got there it was a ghost town with only 2 employees running the whole place, one guy was standing on counters leaving dirty foot prints on all the counters not to mention the unsafeness of it but that's besides the point. My family has not stopped shitting their brains out since we are there yesterday. The service was crap and it took FOREVER to get our food considering we were the only people in there for a while. I will not go back there unless I hear things have changed.

Nice people, good quick food. Weird, that the front door was propped open. Place is really old and dated. Carpet very poor and dirty looking. Bathroom fixtures very pitted and tarnished. We asked for a booth with electricity and š š¤£ the plug-ins were on the ceiling. I would have to stand on table to plug in to the ceiling, of course cord too short... sad š„

Iāve had better experiences at Waffle House at 3am than I did today at this ihop. Came in and biscuit and gravy meal and eggs Benedict with pancakes. After waiting a little over 50 we finally got our food and had to leave, while boxing it up noticed my hash browns were cold and mushy. The biscuit with my beak was hard and stale with barely any gravy with it. The eggs Benedict was cooked all the way through and just like with the biscuit and gravy the biscuit was stale. For the price that we paid for the meal I was expecting much better quality than we got. Would have been better off spending 20 bucks at Waffle House.

Got here with the family on my birthday for a bday dinner and got told told there's no waffles (no big deal) we all order the order gets placed an they come back an tell us there's no fries (none of the kids were happy about that) so we order another side. My wife's salad had black stuff on it, the chicken tenders were burnt, the mozzarella sticks weren't done all the way, son wanted a medium rare stake an it was over done, an the burgers were super dry. Not a happy costumer especially going out for dinner for a birthday

This place is disgusting the carpet is so disgusting you don't even wanna walk on it, all countertops and walls are gross not even wiped down and this is in the morning so you know they didn't clean the night before, gross gross gross stay away from this place and oh BTW who has an hour to wait for gross food! They are so understaffed and it just goes on and on and on the place is a complete train wreck!!

Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS. Iād give zero stars if I could. Took 10 minutes to be seated when we walked in here and there were plenty of open seats and staff working. We got seated and waited another 10 without any additional acknowledgement and watched the one server greet and take orders from multiple tables who were seated minutes after. Staff standing in the back on their phones texting, etc. Not to mention the place reeks. We came here with low expectations just wanting a cheap and old school diner type breakfast meal versus a trendy breakfast spot that we normally frequent and love. Not to sound like a snob, but just go down the street to Big Biscuit or better yet, The Shack, if you want good pancakes.

How in the world is this place still in business? 15 minutes just to get coffee. Food was burnt and ice cold. Had cheese eggs, just threw a slice of cheese on top. Didn't even melt it. Hash browns were burnt on one side, raw on the other and ice cold like they had been sitting for hours. Entire restaurant has like a grease fog in it. RUN AWAY!

Our server was new to the job. GREAT attitude! Very personable and energetic! Perfect attitude for that job! The cooks on the other hand need to pay attention to what they're doing! Ordered fish platter & tres leche pancakes. Fish was still cold in the middle & my pancakes were plain. Had to send several items back. Our server tried his best & his attitude saved our evening!!

Trash, took 20 minutes to have our order taken. Waited 58 minutes for our food to come. Once it was coming out we were told that there was no gravy for the order or biscuits and gravy. Why would you wait and ask if we wanted something else until an hour later? Trash. And the food was cold. Trash.

Management and ownership need to step up! 1 server and 4 cooks that still didnāt get the order right. People sat there for over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Why they were still sitting there I donāt know. The only reason I was still there after 40 minutes waiting for my food was because I had already paidā¦only for it to still be incorrect. Step up ownership! Your ship is sinkingā¦.
