the last two sandwiches I bought had excessive fat on the ham, uneditable. The bun was stale and the sandwich very dry. I called the store the day after the first bad sandwich and they couldn't do anything about it unless I had called same day. They also told me the owner said if the ham is overly fatty they still have to use it. I thought I'd give them another shot. Now I'm done. Don't have money to waste. They use to be consistently good. Too bad.

The guys working there in the evenings are always having fun and are good for a smile and a laugh or two every time I stop by. It is a pleasure this day and age. Keep it up!

No point in ordering online the app when you’re told drive thru and in store orders take priority. The lettuce was partly brown as well.

I really miss the days of "freaky fast" I have to work through lunch often, Jimmy Johns has always been my go-to, it used to only take 20 minutes or less to get my sandwich, which was perfect. for the last 6 months or so. We're pushing 45min almost an hour. And they don't even deliver it themselves - it goes through uber, I'm not sure if they can't find drivers or are not hiring for cost. But I'm about to find other lunch options.

Just started going here recently, first time I ordered online and chose pickup via drive-through; when I arrived a woman had just gotten in front of me and took forever to order - fine, pulled up and told them I had a pickup, and had ordered about 15 minutes prior. This lady apparently ordered a catering order at the drive through and instead of sending her around front to curbside I had to sit trapped in the drive through for 15 minutes while they made her food while mine was already done...not too smart, but the kid that gave me my order also had pot leaves all over his shorts so surely that says something.Ordered again tonight and got my Hunters Club only to get home to find out it's just roast beef, cheese and mayo, none of the included veggies that are apart of the sandwich were on my sandwich. Just plain jane, so that was upsetting.
