I was excited to see there was a Jimmy John’s close to where I recently moved. But I have been here twice now and the service is terrible. Both times I went I dealt with two different people that were rude and could not care less. Luckily there is another Jimmy John’s a little further down the road I can go to.

They don't hire delivery drivers and so they route your order through UberEats and don't tell you until after you order. If there's a problem with the order - like the staff enters the wrong address - there's nothing they can do to fix it or refund you and they tell you to go through UberEats despite them making the error. They can't even replace your order and will tell you to place another order that you have to pay for AGAIN just to get your food.
Don't eat at Jimmy John's unless you like paying for food you'll never receive.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. After the last time, we will not be coming back to this location. We were in the drive thru for over 30 mins with only 3 cars ahead of us. Got to the window and they had the wrong order. I had to give them my order as it didn’t seem like they had it in their system. Then took 10-15 mins to make our order. Thankfully they didn’t charge us.

It took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to get my sandwich delivered. I work 3 minutes from here, and they charged me $1.25 to add avocado and there wasn't any added to my sandwich:(
