It took me 1 hour and 10 minutes to get my sandwich delivered. I work 3 minutes from here, and they charged me $1.25 to add avocado and there wasn't any added to my sandwich:(

They don't put delivery drivers on shift, so your online order will get routed through Uber without telling you. This means an extra half an hour wait time for delivery and no accountability (you'll get told to contact Uber). I got my order ~50 minutes after ordering in non-busy hours (ordered at 2:50 PM). It was missing items too.

I got the new potato salad and it was half full.. I had three bites and it was gone.. it is crazy I spent 17 dollars on a wrap and potato salad and a drink. Will not go back do not get the potato salad u will be disappointed in the size. Does not look like the picture they

Last 3 times iv been here they screwed up our order each time. First time we didn't go back, second time they said -can you explain what's wrong with the order?- after having the sandwich like 10 minutes failing to recognize that the veggie doesn't have turkey / salami / chicken and other stuff. And today we ordered a veggie no cheese and it was loaded with a ton of cheese and other stuff, after this they closed early so we were unable to get it fixed.I think it's time to retire this restaurant from our rotation

This location by far is the best location in the city they are extremely fast friendly and never get an order wrong and if they do they fix it fast they are just on point and just the nicest people 10/10
