The menue changed and we loved it! Loaded with flavore. However, we got a kinda bad server. Large gaps in between visiting the table. Took 15 min before we were greeted and only one refill on the drinks. Then at the end we were held hostige to pay our bill. The manager offered to change the bill but I declined because the food was so good.

We try to give them a chance once a year or so but the food is simply not good for the price. Dry rice and COLD food. We ordered takeout for 5:30 pick up, arrived 5mins early, the food was ready and after a 4min drive back to the house...it was ice cold. I could understand if we were late to pick up or had a long drive home, but that's not the case. The food was clearly sitting for awhile.

Always enjoy Jose Pepper's. I am especially fond of their Signature Nachos, one of the places where they stack the basic ingredients on each chip. The full order is great to share. The Pollo Magnifico is also tasty.

We have been going here for close to 15 years. Always good food and fast service. Today we went midday for a late lunch and I was shocked. Our server obviously didn't want to be there, it took over 25 minutes to get a beer and a marg and there was hardly anyone there. A couple big parties but otherwise maybe 20 people (5 of which were my family). We had to ask for a second drink 45 min in and another bowl of chips. Over an hour in and no food. The real hero was the gentleman that brought my 5 and 8 year old cake from his mom’s 80th birthday because he noticed we never got food. We finally got food after 1.5 hours of waiting (well 4 of the 5- mine never showed up) and the food was all cold. Not warm, ice cold. From a place that normally has to bring things out in hot pads and lets you know to be careful because it is THAT hot. At that point we asked for a manager (still without my entree) and she did not give a single crap. Never apologized. Said they could remake? Nope sorry we already waited 1.5 hours for cold food. It was very bizarre for a place I dearly love and recommend to friends. I hope it was an off day but the managers contempt for the entire situation really bothered me. And I still never got my food. I know that it is a problem when I feel like bringing up a common issue- lack of food or warm food- is treated like an inconvenience to staff.

Randy was our server and he was very attentive from the minute we got sat! From our drinks, to food, and everything - he always made sure that we were happy and content! Our espinaca was forgotten at first, however they brought it out with our food and did NOT disappoint. Our service was fast, food was great, and overall excited to come back! Thank you again Randy for being so great and thank you management!

But our service was horrific at best . The Friday night january twenty Sixth manager stepped in took over and talk to us about our experience and made everything okay. It is so often now days that a restaurant or establishment will just say. Oh well we got your money. But not this manager, he went above and beyond and made it a great experience. Well, definitely go back. Just wanted to let people know.

GREAT food but what makes this place really exceptional is the outstanding service. Not only is the wait staff there excellent but in addition, you always see a manager nearby if you should have any problems which I never have after going there for the last 10 years. I highly recommend it especially on their I know I know weekly special days. Great value, great taste, good service. What more could you ask for!
