🙁Did not get what ordered and paid for. Left off two thighs and had no grilled ready- would have to wait 20 minutes .
They need to train their employees better so they can get peoples order right. Also did not include any biscuits. Very poor service. I got 3 breasts charged for a 5 pc meal and extra for 2 breasts. Makes you never want to go back.
I finally was able to check out the New Nashville Chicken Tenders. It took 22 minutes to get 1 - 3 tender basket from the drive through! When I went Inside to ask what was taking so long I was told it was shift change.... At 5pm & the Tenders only take 6 minutes to cook so the new person didn't know why I had to wait 20 minutes... Nothing was done to fix this issue.
Just waited for 5 minutes at the counter and no one ever acknowledged we were there. Finally just decided to walk out and eat somewhere else.
