Early evening visit. Was asked if I would take some pieces that “had too much flour” on them. Sure, I had limited time. Noticed that one of the units that keeps chicken warm was flashing an alarm to call service. Drink dispenser turned on during visit and made a REALLY loud noise. Several customers mentioned it. Kia behind the counter said it was louder than usual. I don’t believe the chicken was over floured but over cooked. Will not be returning.

Just wasted $30 on a 8piece family meal. Never been this bad before. Chicken was way over cooked and dry as a bone like it has been under the heat lamp for hours. zero quality control for someone to send it out. Didn’t eat any of it. Never going back. when you have a chick filet, Raising Canes and Popeyes within 5 miles why would I?

The quality and service was very poor. They tried to give me a "sandwich" with 2 tiny pieces of chicken tenders instead of the correct chicken filet, and the mashed potato bowl was severely underportioned. The food they served was not fresh. This location has consistently had issues with quality and value, so I'd suggest visiting another restaurant instead.

I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 5:50. I walked into the store and I waited for eight minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I finally got my food at five after which was 15 minutes late. And when I got home, the chicken was cold and it was so soggy. I consistently have issues with this store and their employees. They will look you in the eye when you walk in and walk away and it takes forever to get help. There doesn’t seem to be any management or anyone in charge. I go there because it’s close to my house but it’s also just awful service, every time

Only one person taking care of both drive-through window and front counter so had to wait awhile when walked in, only to be told there were no pot pies ready and would be a 45 minute wait. Left and returned in a couple of hours, only to be disappointed in our pot pies. They had very little chicken and it was tough and stringy--obviously leftover dried out fried chicken. One of the pies had a big thigh bone in it! I counted only 3 green peas and 4 carrot slices in mine. Admittedly the crust, sauce, and potatoes tasted good, but the overall quality was not up to par for KFC and was definitely not worth the price. The place smelled like old grease and looked dirty. The location is convenient for us but we won't be back.

Very disappointed, I was hoping for a better experience because we were getting what my deceased Dad would have gotten to celebrate his Birthday. I won't be going back to this specific KFC. They got my order wrong, I had to drive back through the drive through. They did apologize and provided the missing Sides. I asked for 2 Breasts, and what I was given, was the size of a Thigh. Biscuits were Not cooked thoroughly, I literally bit into dough. The skin on the Chicken was leathery in texture. The Mashed Potatoes and Gravy was a little bit off in Flavor. The macaroni and cheese and Fries were the only items that I could give a food review as they were actually good both in texture and flavor.
Ordered our meals. One meal with Mac and cheese. One with fries. Waited a long time and when it was finally ready, I was told that they were out of fries so he gave us another Mac instead. No asking, just did it. The place was dirty. The table, booth seating, and floors were sticky. The soda was flat, and the women's bathroom was dirty.

The chicken had been re-dipped and deep fried twice. (My opinion). However, there was a double layer of the crust! The flavor was bad. Water on the greasy floor. Associate said they didn't have a mop. It was obvious that no one used one in a while. I am very disappointed with the whole experience.
