These things are shockingly good. I came late in the day so they were out of stock of several, but that's my fault. Tried five different ones and loved every single one. BBQ brisket is great but is also pretty small and would be my only possible complaint.

As always food is great but worst customer service. Witnessed Katia being very rude to several customers while waiting in line. Once we got to counter to order she immediately seemed annoyed, when we asked questions she would roll her eyes.

The food is always good but the customer service is extremely lackluster. I am physically disabled and tried to use the curbside pickup, but the girl who picked up the phone acted like she had no idea what 'curbside pickup' meant and demanded I come inside to get my order. The guy at the counter was really nice (probably because of my visible limp) and the girl I spoke with could be heard giggling in the back. What is the point of offering curbside when the employees refuse to at minimum acknowledge it?
We stopped in this shop in Shawnee Mission. I love the Kolaches here and at 135th. So fresh and the choices are amazing. There is also an app for rewards and check ins. I got a ham, egg and cheese croissant, and a chicken enchilada Kolache. So good and lots of filling and flavor.
