Just want to give credit where it is due. I work close to this McDonald's and decided to eat lunch around 2:00 pm in the afternoon. Usually at this time most McDonald's serve food that's been sitting due to slowdown after a lunch. Not this location, I was super impressed and it was an experience of McDonald's from the past if that makes sense. I was so impressed I tried this again the following week and same result. Today I did the same making this my 3rd trip and once again all piping hot and fresh. Kudos to the staff. They are doing a great job. People make the difference. You can truly see they care about the quality they put out the door.

I only gave this place five stars because of their employee Orlando. He's a game changer for this place! Otherwise there nugs aren't fresh. Theyve closed early recently. I was just treated terribly by whoever the older lady is that closed with Orlando. It was literally 1055 and I had just gone through the drive-thru for my order. I drove back around and by the time I got back around to the window it was 1100 this older lady slowly walk towards the drive-thru window kept shaking her finger at me to look at the time and snarl at me that they were closed even though I just got into the drive-thru refusing to give me the rest of my order which was just a water. But despite all the negative experiences I've had there, Orlando is the best employee they have. It always goes far and beyond what when others don't. Thank you! He's the best!

I ordered a frappe on a mobile order and when I got to the driveway they told me the machine was broken and I could either cancel the order or get an iced coffee. I was heading to work and didn't want to cancel and reorder. I asked about the price difference between the coffee and frappe and they said it was only 10 cents. When I got to work I realized it was $1.60. I with McDonald's would either keep their machines in working order or let people know in the app when things can't be ordered.
