Naomi served me today, and she gave me one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had!
She was so kind, helped me understand how my coupon worked, and made me feel so welcomed!

The food and service speed was fine, I was shorted $5 in change. I went back through and was given my $5. Drive thru customers, I advise that you say outlook the size of bill as you hand it to pay at the drive thru window. Count your change before pulling away and store Managers, how many times per shift is your drive thru window cashier asking you to open the drawer because they accidently shorted the drive thru customers change? This has happened to me twice at two separate McDonalds locations recently. Both times I was given the $5 back with very little doubt from the cashier so either it was intentional in hopes I wouldn't notice or the cashier isn't worried too much about their drawer coming up short at the end of their shift. This change mistake never happens the other way around where I'm given $5 more than my correct change and I know what some of you are thinking, the answer is "yes" I would speak up if given more change than what I had coming. Manager's, keep an eye on your cashiers and customers, keep an eye on your change.
I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for anything before, but I need to for this. If I could choose zero stars, I would. Something has changed in recent months. Either ownership or management. But this location has gone from the best to the worst. It’s so filthy inside!! I wish I had taken pictures to share here. And the coke… NOT up to the usual, fantastic standard that McDonald’s coke is known for; it was watery. And with the level of dirtiness I saw all around, I don’t feel confident that the drink machines are even being properly cleaned and maintained. I will not be stopping for any food or drink here again unless I see a large sign outside that says “new owner” or “under new management”.

I used the drive thru & ordered 2 strawberry shakes. There was no one ahead of or behind me. After ordering, I waited at the pickup window for an extended period of time before receiving the shakes. The service was pleasant but very slow. The shakes tasted great. The drive thru area was neat and looked well kept.

I said yes and gave code
They mumbled my name and I confirmed that was my name.
Then I heard nothing but background noise and I waited a little bit and asked if they got that or needed something else, still only background noise while three cars in the other lane are able to pass, a car went into my lane so I just left(didn’t want to hold them up).
Maybe I could have yelled and got their attention but I just don’t use the tactic of being rude to people handling food I order. Also I probably could have pulled forwards anyways and got my order that way but again it may have inconvenienced other people who seemed to have a better experience than me on this day.
Is this an overreaction on my part definitely could be.

I ordered a no7 meal and was given a cup. I went to drink machine and there wasn’t any orange juice. I asked the manager Jessica, she said “ no orange juice” . I said the sign shows orange juice and she said “ I don’t know “. Why an image of orange juice?
