Absolute garbage, just go to another location. They dont give you all the food items you pay for and they are guaranteed to be incorrect if you do receive them.

30 minutes for a single quarter pounder. Cashier was nice. Food was good but the wait was insane

The young man that took my order this morning was very polite. Very people oriented and understanding. He was very honest with me when I handed him too much money for my order. My order was almost $9 and I handed him almost $5 too much. I gave him correct amount in the end and all was well. David was the young man's name.

Ordered a medium Diet Coke, waited at the window while she multitasked taking another order and prepping the order behind mines drink, then made my drink, took my cash, took more ordering, handed me change, didn’t say anything. And I ended up with a diet Dr Pepper. Oops.

20 minute wait to get our food. I could sit down at a decent restaurant and get my food more quickly!
The food is consistent and comes out quickly, which makes it a convenient stop when you’re in a hurry. The menu has plenty of familiar choices along with some seasonal items that keep things interesting. The place is usually clean, and there’s enough seating for a quick meal. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, making the service smooth. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a quick bite that you know will hit the spot

I'm a regular here and no lie their quality has plummeted, be it burned up buns, inedible food especially chicken sandwiches and the slowness has really encouraged me to bring my own when I work instead of ordering from here. For example, last time I was here my small order took so long I was late leaving to get back to my job and then tonight again it happened and I ordered a single McChicken on a night I just wanted something warm in my stomach. If it takes that long for a single McChicken when there is an empty lobby and empty drive through and no other orders then it just doesn't make sense to me, you watch the employees chit chatting which is cool and all but multi task please don't wait until the manager tells you to hurry it up. Soon as the manager said something it was made within seconds... This is not an uncommon occurrence, I could go into the other issues but I understand mistakes happen especially if you eat somewhere enough eventually you may run into an issue but I just find it frustrating that what should be something really fast tends to take so much more time at this specific location
The wait is terrible. For even a single cheeseburger you’re asked to pull up and wait with zero other customers in line. Experienced this multiple times at this location. This location should not be categorized as a food restaurant.

Patience cashier, training and taking two orders at once. I added something while she was taking another order.

Visited last night after 8pm and the new chicken strips I ordered were pretty decent likely because I requested having them made fresh. The service was not so friendly, but it typically isn’t at this location (Olathe K-7 & Sante Fe).

I never leave reviews, but I hope this will get the attention of someone in charge of McDonald’s. While my mom and I were waiting for our food, we watched 4 elementary aged kids walk in with drinks, then a man who worked at McDonald’s yelled at them to get out and throw away their drinks. They threw them away and came back inside, as they were walking to get food, the man yelled at them that they can’t hang out in here and they have to buy something or leave! The kids were buying food, and looked very scared, my mom filed a report as well. The kids weren’t even doing anything wrong! I expect kinder employees from McDonald’s. It happened at this location on May 28, 2025, and about 4:40 pm. The man was an old gentleman, with gray hair, and was wearing a blue shirt. He was talking to a woman who had a McDonald’s Stanley. This woman didn’t do anything wrong, I just wanted to share that in case it helps you identify the worker. I am so disappointed that I didn’t get the guys name, and I hope McDonalds actually does something about it.
Did not put the one thing I paid for in the bag
