I went to this location a few hours ago to purchase 2 quarter pounder with cheese sandwiches. The "dudes" working there did not give me a receipt and when I got home the hamburger patties were RARE inside with increased amount of grease on the box container. I will post a picture in another posting McDonald's has on their page for the store at Shawnee Mission Parkway and Quivira. I will not return! Luckily, I buy these hamburgers for my dogs and weren't consumed by my family!...read full review
give my wife Coke instead of Dr Pepper but ALSO gave my son at least one uncooked/undercooked nugget. He ate a chunk before he said it was mushy inside. seriously hope he doesn't get sick from your carelessness.

McDonald's offers fast food options, but there can be inconsistencies with food temperature and order accuracy. There have been instances where fries were cold and there was a mix-up between large and medium fry sizes. Additionally, on one occasion, a kids' toy was forgotten in a Happy Meal order. The cleanliness in the lobby could use improvement, and the manager on duty was not particularly approachable. However, the cashier was friendly and ensured proper service.
