I ordered at the drive Thru a Quarter Pounder without onions I'm allergic to them. Surprise my hamburger had onions I worked in fast food but there is no longer a focus on the customer it seems that they make the food without spirits..

During the day they are decent but the night shift doesn’t do anything at all they will make your door dasher sit outside for 30 plus minutes and if your lucky enough they will send you food cold as it can be the fry’s will not be fresh they are lazy and need to be fired the whole entire nightlife including the manager he caught an attitude with me simply because I wanted to know why my food was taking so long

Usually a good mcdonalds but this time was abysmal. Pretty sure they dropped the lettuce they used in my sandwich is the snow outside before the put it on my burger cause it was colder than the ice in my drink. Made the entire sandwich feel like I was holding an ice cream sandwich. My first bite of a chicken sandwich shouldn't give me brain freeze. Thanks

This McDonald meets all the standards for a McDonald’s. But when a business advertises that they are 24 hours they probably should actually be open for 24 hours. They are the only restaurant open past 10 in the area and they can’t even fulfill their word. If I look up the hours and it says they are open but I drive to the restaurant and they say they are only doing door dash right now. I ask why and she says they are preparing for breakfast. I HAVE WORKED FAST FOOD FOR 6 YEARS. I’ve opened, closed, been the manager and everything. NEVER EVER have I closed to “prepare for breakfast”.

Wow, this place is terrible. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered through the McDonald’s app and showed up 20 mins after my order. I gave them my confirmation code at the first window and they said your orders ready go to the next window. As I pulled up they opened the window and were like what do you need? I said I had an order to pickup, name is Zack and gave them confirmation number. The woman working immediately said your orders cancelled, sorry about that have a good day. I was like what? She dismissed me again with no explanation and told me to reorder or contact corporate. I asked why it was cancelled and she had no explanation. I asked to speak to a manager whom she came up and immediately dismissed me and said the same thing. I asked to see the receipt of the cancelled order. They gave me a receipt for an order I did not place with someone named Cole S on it and it was completely different food and total number. I said this isn’t my order and they told me sorry contact corporate, we refunded you. I said you might have refunded Cole S but that’s not my order. Manager told me to pull up to waiting lane #1 and she would come out to help me, so I did. I waited 15 mins and nobody came out. I then went inside and asked to speak to the manager. She looked at me like she had never seen me before, I asked why I had been waiting and nobody came to speak to me and she immediately argued that she told me to come inside. I didn’t want to argue so I said no big deal, can you please just help me with my order, it’s been an hour now and I’m hungry. She dismissed me and told me she refunded me, again with the receipt that wasn’t mine. I showed her my email receipt and the link on the app for pickup and she just said sorry your order was cancelled. At this point I was pretty irritated and asked if there was a GM to talk to. She said no and then belted out fine, what did you order? I showed her my order for the 4th time and she went to the back and came out with a bag 1 min later. Everything was cold, my spicy chicken sandwich was not a spicy, just regular and she forgot my coke. At this point I was too tired to argue any further and thanked them and walked out.

2nd time in 3wks trying McD's, different location, different meal, same result...Fries not fresh, 1st time hearing of the double whatever (basically double cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato...didn'tget a receipt, its not the website, & i couldn'trememberthe name of it), but, it was not too tasty...&, wait...HOW does McDonald's, run out of QPC's, it's "A", if not "THE" signature burger...Also noticed, big mac's used to have 2 slices of cheese, now only 1...

Stopped here to get breakfast this morning was the first in line but nobody would answer the intercom All the other people who came after me six other cars to be exact we're helped before I was and then the lady wanted to get a attitude when I kept saying hello because all the other cars who came after me six of them were being helped and she got an attitude for what because she can't do her job or wasn't trained right this McDonald's has completely went down hill go to the 75th Street McDonald's their always friendly and always get things right

Let me start off with the good bathrooms we're clean and lobby was decent except the lids and napkins on the floor which could of just happened in there defence however the guy at the counter was beyond rude I ordered a steak and egg bagel and got a mcgriddle and took it back in there and he was extremely argumentive and rude and all I wanted was my order do better McDonald's and not to mention the steak was really tough and the egg was cold truly disappointed

This is the worst McDonald’s in the area, please use it as a last resort go to the one in Merriam or elsewhere instead. They’ll sit there and argue with you over your order when you hand them the receipt. If they can’t get the simplest thing correct they shouldn’t be working there.
