This McDonald’s is the worst out of all of them every time I go there I ask for extra sauce more sauce please put sauce in the bag and you know what they forget. They forget to put sauce in the bag. I’ve went there and this is the sixth time and I only got two sauces Even though I asked them and you looked me in the eye and told me there was sauce in the bag and I’m so tired of it. It makes me wanna go to Wendy’s or Burger King or somewhere where I have a better chance of getting what I want so if you’re thinking about going to this McDonald’s, save yourself the trouble drive longer to go to a different one because the employees are not the best except this one lady she’s the she’s the best. I’m sure she’s the only worker in that whole building who actually does a good job. She made sure our order was correct. The rest of them refused to put sauce in the bag. A man just wants his saucy sauce.

I miss the days when someone worked the front counter. 3 employees saw me and another gentleman waiting and said no walked right by us. I had to go behind the counter to find someone to take my order.

Wed 3-1-17 10am 4 employees and a manager in sight. One finished his cell phone call proceed to talk another employee. All the time the mgr starring at me leaning on a piece of equipment doing nothing at all. I removed money from pocket and held it visible to all 5. No one ever acknowledged me other than the mgr that just stared at me. WOW all I can say is WOW! Put money back in pocket and went to BK. I will say the drive thru gal was husseling. Would have given zero stars if it were an option.

Literally hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The lady at window 1 was extremely rude when I told her the order she read back to me wasn’t mine, I asked her for the manager and she replied “I can get her but what is she really gonna do” then she proceeded to tell me to pull to the next window and I asked for a manager AGAIN and when I spoke to her I told her how rude the lady in window one was and she pointed to the phone number on the window and said to take a picture of it then she walked away, then I was handed a bag for the food I thought I paid for and was still given the wrong order. COMPLETE JOKE !

I ordered simply and concisely, two double cheeseburgers and a code for a free fry. The workers did not have any customer service and barely spoke english, even when I was a kind n cool customer they were ruder than i would be to someome who assaulted me physically. I tried to ask the horrible HUMAN, not just worker, their name and was ignored promptly. She needs to be fired. I shouldnt be going to get food and leaving pissed for the rest of the day about the state of my country. How do these people get jobs. Shame on mcdonalds, ive been here for 20+years and this place has never been worse. Im sincerely disappointed and will not be eating mcdonalds again for a very long time.
