Terrible service, I can’t even get a regular menu sandwich without them messing it up.
Worse McDonald's in shawnee kansas, do not eat here. Terrible management, terrible service with cold fries and rude staff. I wouldn't give them a dime of my hard earned money when there are 4 other Mcdonald options within several miles who actually appreciate you as a customer. Who ever owns this franchise should be reported to the BBB this place is discusting and filthy. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I went to this McDonald's every morning for a long time on my way to work, after I realized they had been charging me for years for a bacon egg chz biscuit and I only ask for a bacon biscuit I requested the price to be corrected. This was realized after going to another mcdonalds a few miles away who does not still charge for the egg. We are a talking about a 3 dollar diff 5 days a week for over a year. Keep in mind I am very polite as I have worked most of my life in the resteraunt business including McDonald's, I was hastily told that this is the only charge by a woman manager and told to drive to the next window. I collected my overpriced ordered that still had a egg on it anyways and I am allergic to eggs and told them that this mistake had occurred before other days and vowed never to return there again. I am one customer it is easy to just " lose my business before providing better service" I ask others to do the same as I and to just not go there. Maybe just maybe everyone who has a legitimate complaint and not being dubed as a " karen" out of avoidance to acknowledged the request as real issue and provide good customer service will be treated kinder, I too work hard for my money in health care now and would like to be more appreciated as a customer.# not a Karen just a good, honest,loyal, paying customer wanting to be treated as such.

I know there's a time limit when you're supposed to take fries and things out and unfortunately not sell them and I hate when I get things that are cold or one fryer that's really hot and the other one is not. It just had cold fries and some things that they were probably waiting to give to us when they could have given us everything possible and then said hey go ahead and both forward and wait we could have eaten some food while we waited for the fresh stuff. I know they were busy though!

Terrible customer service going in today, stood in the lobby for 10 mins, no one came out to take out our order and when a girl did come to the register she completely ignored us standing there even while my kids were asking her if they had the shamrock shake. She just stared at the register as if we weren’t standing there and kids weren’t asking her a question, so we left and went to the McDonald’s by Walmart and had excellent service there! I’ll not ever go back to this location.

Fast food & not accurate. I understand the challenging aspect of a cheeseburger with only ketchup- and so does this McDonald’s. They also have a challenging time with the difference between a large fry & medium. Oh well.Also forgot kids toy in a happy meal.

This McDonalds advertises that it’s 24 hrs but they will tell you if you arrive after midnight that they are “closed for 30 minutes” every time. Sounds like the night time employees are just refusing to serve people. Why even stay open?

Last time i choose this location. 4 times in 2 months they’ve shorted me a sandwich or gotten something incorrect. just PAID FOR 3 mcchickens & happy meal x2 & my card was charged accurately better believe oh & but not even given/offered a receipt. ??♂️ missin a mchicken & fries are stale as cardboard. cmon kids!!
