Ordered a boat load of Christmas cookies for family and friends and they were rock hard, nobody would eat them. Very disappointed because our in person experiences have been pretty good. Won’t ever do that again! Recommend checking your product before carrying them out.

We held a baby shower here last Saturday and it was a great experience! The planning of it went so smoothly, the space was great, the food was wonderful and everyone took some home with them, and our server was so kind and accommodating and such a hard worker! I highly recommend this spot because of the extra room they have for events, the food, the people and the cost.

I have been here several times for breakfast and lunch and it has consistently been an excellent experience!! Staff is always very friendly and engaging, food is always fresh and delicious! Lots of seating options - tables/chairs as well as couches, great for sitting with a group or on your own. Nice outside patio, too! And it’s fenced in with turf, so it’s wonderful for littles!! Highly recommend this place!!

Love this place, people are nice and food is usually great but they got rid of the no meato burrito :( love you guys but I have to be honest the veggie burrito isnt quite as good it needs some cheese or black beans or something. Anyway will definitely be back but just think about bringing it back plz 😊 have a great day!

I had lunch and coffee. I think coffee was too artificial, but the rest of the food was DELICIOUS. Every server was very nice and thoughtful. I liked the place because it's quiet where you can have a good conversation and work.

The staff & servers during the event were fantastic, the food was amazing (kept getting compliments), and the space was perfect (we used the Shawnee location). I highly recommend McLain’s for private events - it was an excellent experience.
