The actual worst online ordering experience I’ve ever had. The website is terrible and don’t even try calling - all you get is a robot who doesn’t want understand anything. I finally just gave up and went somewhere else for pizza. Figure it out Minsky’s!!

I do not like leaving negative reviews unless I just have to. The ONLY reason why I stepped foot inside this establishment was for a pick up Door Dash order. I had never been to this particular Minsky's & don't plan on going back I didn't know that the take out orders & pick up orders are separate from the dine in area. Most restaurants have a spot for mobile orders which I didn't see. I walked in the take out order side which was congested. I was the only African American person standing in the entire restaurant the employees asked other customers next to me who came in after me what their name was & checked their order. One of the employees finally asked me had I been waited on? I told her no & I was here to pick up an order. She looked in the computer & said the order wasn't ready yet although I received a message stating my order was ready. I walked out & sat in the waiting area where their were only 2 chairs. I waited 10 minutes another employee asked had I been waited on I replied yes & I was waiting on my order. I sat there another 10 minutes before I got the order after 5 other customers walked right in picked up their order & left. I couldn't wait to get out of that restaurant & I don't care how many awards they won this particular restaurant is best for NOT treating customers equally & from the looks of the pizza pictures you are really not the best for pizza.

I was in the area for business back in April. I ate here twice during the week because it was so good! The waitress was nice both times and I didn't have to wait at all for a seat even during the dinner rush. Gourmet pizza was delicious both times and prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. Will eat there again.

Love the new remodel!! The service is amazing as always, great food, amazing service, great atmosphere.
Placed an online order for carry out on 6/28. Navigated the construction detours to/from. Arrived home to discover they messed up the toppings on one of our pizzas (black olives instead of meatballs). Sent them a message about it, but they did not respond.

Hate leaving negative reviews, but this was disappointing. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and an appetizer, but both came out wrong. They gave me the wrong pizza entirely, and I was really looking forward to trying Minskys — that’s what I was most excited about. Mistakes happen, but I hope they make it right
