We arrived at 8:25 and as we were walking in, the employee went to the back. We stood there waiting for help because they had already moved the ordering pad around from using them. Another employee had to tell the girl to come and help us… unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we waited for our food and saw it on the counter. Instead, the same girl decided to clean up the whole place before getting our food.

The chicken here is the bomb! I had the ‘kickin it up’ heat level and it was so spicy, yet still maintained the good chicken flavor. I’m going here again! Val at the counter was very nice as well.

Update: we visited again tonight and it was disappointing. The chicken was overcooked (hard to chew, but still tender on the inside) and very greasy. The milkshake we ordered didn’t have the frosting edge with cereal crumbs on it, which if we hadn’t had it before we wouldn’t have probably noticed but it was disappointing without it. I did see from the dining room that there was a jar of frosting on the shelf so either a cutting corners issue or lack of training. The staff were very kind and friendly so we didn’t complain about our issues tonight.
My son and I felt like going out and couldn’t find an option until we thought of Mother Clucker and we can both agree that it was some of the best food we’ve had in a while. It’s always hot and fresh and the spice levels are appropriate for each of us. The service is great and we always enjoy sharing a Cap’n Crunch Shake to cool things down. Thanks for being a consistently delicious meal and great place to take out of town guests and family.

The strips were pretty good, but spicy even picking the mild option. Service was very friendly and fast. Store seemed clean and modern. Still, it was about $12 for 2 chicken strips (not that big), some dipping sauce, a plain old piece of bread, and a few pickle slices. It would have been closer to $17 if I got a drink and fries.
Fast food at these prices is a tough sell.
If you are a big fan of spicy chicken strips, then this might be your place. Otherwise, for about the same price I paid, you can go to Raising Cane's and get 3 strips, fries, and a drink.

I ordered my meal with a small fry and it looked like a large with all those extra spilling out. I’m so glad you don’t skimp it made me feel like I got my money’s worth for that little extra.
