Nothing Bundt Cakes

Gwen was so amazing and such a beautiful kind spirit. We had been in the hospital with my dad whom is a veteran for almost a month and she was so kind listening to my mom.

Service was so nice, and super fast

Paid extra for the forks. Drove excitedly home to eat my bundt cakes and the forks were not in the bag. I’m very sad

My husband, Greg Lohrentz, brings back different flavors for our daughters. Delicious!

Staff is rude. I came in, cashier said NOTHING and just stood there staring at the register. Another customer came in and she said "I'll be with you in a minute", that's when I spoke up and said "are you waiting on me?" And she said "yes". Nice greeting of nothing bundt silence. Employee deserves the unemployment line. Cake is fine though.

On May 23rd I stepped in 15 minutes before closing and I guess that is a problem for the women on duty. She failed to greet me, So I quickly said hello and mentioned I was trying to pick up a cake for a Birthday and she had no enthusiasm as to her tile of employment and could careless how she treated a Hispanic woman with no respect or dignity.. I’ve been calling every other day to speak to a manager and the same women continues to answer the phone and continues to say a manger isn’t available and she has no clue as to when she’d be available. The rudest location I’ve been to.

Nothing Bundt Cakes are absolutely delicious! Moist and flavorful! We now get them for holidays and birthdays. If we pass a location, most of the time we stop in to grab a few. Staff is always friendly. You can't go wrong with these cakes. I do wish that they can come up with a sugar free one.

This location was the closest to me, on my way home from work. I decided to stop in & try the new Reese’s Peanut Butter cake before they stop selling it. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted like the other patrons, I waited to see if the cashier would greet me when I got to the counter still wasn’t greeted. How can I help you was how I was greeted, tired from working all day I chose not to entertain her rudeness. I asked her about the chocolate chip cake is it chocolate chocolate chip or just chocolate chip? She was a little irritated I told her what I wanted & was ready to get out of there & never return to that store.

I'm here to complain, I worked here.. I was terminated because " the direction the store is going in, your employment is no longer needed "This store merged with "mission" location because mission closed down. But word from the mission employees that just got here is "Alex is trying to shift the Shawnee mission staff out"Meaning they are terminating the employees Shawnee had so " mission" employees can take over. No notice, no warning, no consideration.Also the manager that is terminating is absent and has never worked with more than half of her employees to know their worth or how well they performed.

A newer store that recently opened in the past few months, with the standard setup for all Nothing Bundt Cakes. The staff were very friendly and attentive when I visited, and bundtlets I got were delicious as usual.

I LOVE that this Shawnee Ks. location is open now!!! The store is clean & well-stocked. Terrific idea for picking up “special occasion” treats, as well as just for treating my family to the delicious bundlets! It’s just hard to choose which flavor-ALL so delicious.
