I worked in the pizza business myself and have never experienced anything like this.. been ordering pizza there since the 1970's, you lost a lifetime customer...

I don't live in the area anymore so it has been a while since I ordered and OMG!!! I forgot just how much I LOVE Old Shawnee Pizza-Shawnee! Delicious pizza loaded with great toppings and the sauce is top notch! Next time I'm getting the garlic toast too! And not waiting as long!

They had to remake a pizza 3 times (for a carryout order) I specified I wanted no sausage on the pizza and all 3 times it had sausage on it. Manager never once communicated with me about what was going on... How hard is it to make a pizza?

Ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a small crab rangoon pizza. I did not personally like these pizzas. I ordered the pizzas doneness as normal however felt like it was not cooked enough as the crust was very pale and doughy. I ordered the crab rangoon pizza as it was reccommended and was unique. The pizza was better cold the next day than when it was hot. My mom liked the pepperoni and said the crab rangoon pizza was too spicy (there is a Thai sauce on it). Ordered a salad and asked for house dressing thinking it would be a vinegrette and was given ranch. For two small pizzas, a salad and a tip for pickup I paid over $60.

Went there tonight waited 45 minutes for my pizza while other tables that came on after us got there food. When we finally got our food it was wrong. Wait staff argued with me that it was hamburger and not sausage. It had both and I can not eat sausage that is why I ordered my pizza without it. We left without eating.

This is a family favorite that is a must-have every time we travel back to Kansas. No visit home is complete without Old Shawnee Pizza!
Food and service is always amazing!! We love the classic salad, fixins pizza well done & kids spaghetti with meat sauce (phenomenal & huge serving). Even better that you earn points towards future purchases with their membership (free). We especially LOVE having Courtney as our server….shes awesome!

I purchase two pizzas for take out today, 9-29-2025. A Personal pan hamburger, and a small St.Louie. Neither of them represented the quality that I have had, of Old Shawnee Pizza that it is known for. Crust was cracker style, hard dry, skimpy on sauce, meat so so. The St Louie Pizza was not worth the $26.59 I paid. I'm hoping this isn't the future quality of OSP?
