Went through the drive-through and got a very curdled broccoli cheddar soup. Spoke with the team over there and came back around later for a different soup to exchange. The manager told me that they put a new soup on and threw away the old batch. But I’m pretty sure they just gave me the same batch cause this soup is still curdled i’ll be it less curdled, but still curdled. This was my first meal in like 10 hours so I just sucked it up took it and left.

We always lack ingredients in our food, the employees are not very friendly and if you go at night they hardly want to serve you and if you ask for some food they tell you that they don't have any. I really like the food there but they always make me come back because I'm missing something in my order.

This location could use a little TLC. I'm not normally one to complain, but our wait was very long (they seemed understaffed), we didn't get one of our items and no one came to check on us. My latte was not as good as I remember it used to be. I love Panera, but I am a little worried, at least about this location, for it's future!

Asked for the bread bowl as pictured on the sign right above the register with broccoli soup and the garden salad pick 2 deal ..and got my food for the guy to tell me they don't sever the bread bowl anymore..I pointed to the sign before ordering and after her said that after he gave me a paper cup of soup ...he said there was nothing he could do about it ...they quit serving them ...kinda funny a bread place not serving bread that they have advised... will not ever be back...I would strongly suggest you don't give this place a try ...u will be disappointed

Panera has gotten very expensive and I just don't think it's worth the price that they are charging. The sandwich toppings and whatnot have gotten skimpy in the prices have gone up. I think the price for a cup of soup is absolutely ridiculous and it's a shame because I really did like Panera Bread. But I can't afford

I ordered through drive thru. My orders was wrong. I ordered a pick 2 and I was charged for a full sandwich and salad because the price was outrageous. Plus I never recieved a receipt. I ordered a hot coffee as well and it was cold. There was also no fork in the bag for the salad. The cashier was rude and unfriendly. I wish I would have checked my order before I left. Worst experience at Panera Bread.

The bathroom could use some work (not very clean, the sink's water isn't warm, and there are some plumbing issues) but also the sun is blinding through the large windows in the dining area - there should really be some blinds that customers can use to mitigate the sunlight. ? Not trying to be mean, but if I'm being honest there are some issues, but they are fixable! If they're able to be addressed, then this would be a pretty good location!

Visited the drive through on 2/4/24 at 3:15pm. Waited 20 minutes for food. When food finally arrived, the order was mostly wrong. All of this is excusable but the attitude of the employees and management was unacceptable. After the wait, wrong order and terrible attitude from the drive through attendant, I felt the need to call and speak to a manager. The manager with whom I spoke had a terrible attitude as well. Did not care that we had complaints and acted as if I was just an inconvenience and even smirked at the fact that there were problems. This is the worst service I have ever had an any restaurant establishment and will tell anyone that will listen not to spend money here. Will be placing a call to corporate tomorrow.
Panera continues to go downhill, I’m very sorry to say.

Weird vibes yesterday. The cashier kept pronouncing my name wrong on purpose. I corrected her, she said it back to me, and then went back to saying it wrong. So weird.
