I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks and wings carry out when get there at estimate time they give me food wasn't ready they made me wait there 25 more minutes my mistake is not check food there when came back home pizzas burned called at store they were so rude not to ready listen then talk to manager they don't even feels like they made mistake well I guess we need to stop ordering pizzas there that happens 2nd time within 1 month

We have no Papa Johns where I live so i thought i would try one. Pretty disappointed. Pizza Hut makes a much better pizza. The New York style xl was just a normal crust pizza with minimal sauce and very little meat. Not impressed. Should have tried the non chain pizza diwn the street.

Came here to pick up some pizza last minute and the app kicked off part of my order and Clint went above and beyond to make it right. I am very happy with this place definitely recommend this place seems they are understaffed but he got things done and made it right.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza tonight and it was as perfect as a Papa John's pizza can be. You need to judge it for what it is, but this location was the best PJ I've had.

I ordered ahead for a delivery to be delivered to my house at 6:15pm (about 1 mile from the store). I called at 6:40pm and my food had not been finished being made. I received my food around 7:05pm and man was it a sore disappointment. I ordered some bacon cheese sticks, which was mediocre at best, and a customized pizza bowl with no cheese. Of course the pizza bowl had cheese. Yet another pizza place that can't follow simple directions and ruined my child's dinner.

I was taken away from the service I received today. I work part-time with doordash. I was picking up an orderfor a customer. I let the employee know who I was picking up for . He gave me the order and then asked me to do I have a pizza bag. I said yes,it's in my car, and my car is parked right in front . I'll put the order in my pizza bag once I get to the car .This tall 6"4 Carcasion male snatched the order out of my hands rudely. And told me we have a sign and pointed at it on the counter in small print . So I went to my car and got the pizza bag and came in and asked for the pizza .He gave it to me . I put the order in my car and then came back into the store to ask for his name or manager. Which he wouldn't give it to me. I said thats fine ."Just write a review. It's just pizza, but the way this employee handled the situation was wrong by snatching the pizza out of my hands, which could have damaged the customer order that could cause him to remake the order. Then, he has a bigger issue on his hands because the customer would have to wait longer for her order.At my drop-off location for the customer, I asked her to check her pizza before I left because the employee snatched her order out my hands because I didn't have mypizza bag in my hands when picking up her order. She kindly checked her order, and it was fine and still hott .I told her if it was messed up.I'll take it back and make sure it's right and have the employee at Papa John's remake it.I will never order or work in Shawnee Mission again because this isn't the first time I have experienced rude employees in this area.
